Obiectivul principal al investitiei propuse prin prezentul studiu este asigurarea unor conditii conforme de desfasurare a activitatii educationale a copiilor prescolari in Comuna Butoiesti, jud. Mehedinti.In acest sens se propun masuri care sa asigure in primul rand un spatiu adecvat de desfasurare a actului de educatie care sa respecte prevederile legale din normativele ce reglementeaza proiectarea, realizarea si exploatarea constructiilor pentru gradinite de copii, normele de sanatate publica si igena, prevederile legale referitoare la siguranta la incendiu si protectie civila, etc.Implementarea masurilor propuse prin prezenta documentatie creaza premisele care sa conduca la atragerea unui numar mai mare de copii din zona de adresabilitate; in acest sens, oferta scolara poate deveni un factor de decizie in optiunile parintilor care in lipsa unui spatiu adecvat de desfasurare a activitatii gradinitei au optat fie pentru alte unitati aflate in afara localitatii fie au ales sa nu urmeze programul educational prescolar in conditiile in care in Romania acesta este, in prezent, optional. Se creaza astfel decalaje intre nivelul de educatie si instruire a copiilor ajunsi in clasa I si care nu au urmat programa unei gradinite fate de cei care au facut-o. Uneor aceste decalaje sunt greu de recuperat si au repercursiuni in viitoarea activitate scolara. (Romanian)

The main objective of the investment proposed by this study is to ensure compliance conditions for the educational activities of preschool children in the commune of Butoiesti, county. Mehedinti. In this regard, measures are proposed to ensure, first of all, an adequate space for carrying out the educational act that complies with the legal provisions of the regulations governing the design, construction and operation of constructions for children’s kindergartens, public health and hygiene norms, legal provisions regarding fire safety and civil protection, etc.Implementation of the measures proposed by this documentation creates the prerequisites to attract a larger number of children from the addressability area; in this respect, the school offer can become a decision-maker in the parents’ options who in the absence of an adequate space for the kindergarten’s activities have opted either for other units outside the locality or have chosen not to follow the preschool educational program, given that in Romania it is currently optional. This creates gaps between the level of education and training of children who arrived in the first grade and who did not follow the curriculum of a kindergarten faced by those who did it. Sometimes these gaps are difficult to catch up and have repercussions in the future school activity. (English)
