STORM has been working in the area of secondary prevention in Nitra and Trnava regions for more than fifteen years through field work and outpatient social work in the low-threshold centre. Through individual activities, workers provide assistance and support to clients (drug users and those at risk of addiction) who try to stabilise and/or degrade their situation and minimise the harm arising from risky behaviour. Through the development of the field program in Nitra and the outpatient program in Sereda, we will focus on limiting and eliminating negative impacts on clients at risk of drug and other addictions in an open environment. By implementing the project, we want to achieve an increase in the number of clients for whom the implementation of the measures is ensured. By increasing the intent of performance, we assume that the number of clients that can be used by our services will increase in a natural way. Increase in the intensity of the measures implemented. A new expanded project model of operation would meet the needs of the largest community in Nitra and in the outpatient contact center. By expanding the service for more days and hours, we will provide me with more assistance and support to clients and thus an effective process of resocialisation in risky groups of the population. Zdruenie STORM u viac ako pätnás rokov pôsobí v oblasti sekundárnej prevencie v Nitrianskom a Trnavskom kraji prostredníctvom terénnej práce a ambulantnej sociálnej práce v nízkoprahovom centre. Pracovníci prostredníctvom jednotlivých aktivít poskytujú pomoc a podporu klientom (uívatežom drog a osobám ohrozeným závislosou), ktorí sa pokúajú stabilizova a/alebo zlepi svoju situáciu a minimalizova kody vznikajúce z rizikového správania. Prostredníctvom rozvoja terénneho programu v meste Nitra a ambulatného programu v Seredi sa zameriame na obmedzenie a odstránenie negatívnych vplyvov na klientoch ohrozených drogovými a inými závislosami v otvorenom prostredí. Realizáciou projektu chceme dosiahnú zvýenie počtu klientov, pre ktorých je zabezpečený výkon opatrení. Zvýením intentzity výkonu predpokladáme, e sa zvýi aj prirodzeným spôsobom počet klientov, ktorý môu vyuíva nae sluby. zvýenie intenzity výkonu opatrení v rámci realizovaných opatrení. Nový rozírený projektový model prevádzky by napĺňal potreby najrozírenejej komunity v Nitre a v kontaktnom ambulantnom centre. Rozírením sluby na viac dní a hodín budeme ma príleitos poskytnú klientom viac pomoci a podpory, a tým z efektívni proces resocializácie v rizikových skupinách obyvatežstva. (Slovak)
