    “Furnizarea de suport educational si/sau complementar coroborat cu servicii de consiliere pentru prescolari, elevi si parintii/reprezentantii legali ai acestora, in scopul prevenireii abandonului scolar timpuriu, mentinerii in sistemul de invatamant si promovarea accesului egal la invatamantul prescolar, primar si secundar de calitate cat timp cel putin unul dintre parinti este plecat la munca in strainatate”. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea prioritatii de investitii 10 (i) ”Reducerea si prevenirea abandonului scolar timpuriu si promovarea accesului egal la invatamantul prescolar, primar si secundar de calitate, inclusiv la parcursuri de invatare formale, non formale si informale pentru reintegrarea in educatie si formare”. Interventiile sprijinite prin proiect sunt in conformitate cu prezentul apel de proiecte si vizeaza atat rata de cuprindere imbunatatita in invatamantul anteprescoalr si prescolar, in special pentru categoriile dezavantajate de copii; - Rata redusa de parasire timpurie a scolii prin sprijinirea participarii in invatamantul primar si secundar si prin dezvoltarea unor masuri integrate de preventie. Grupul tinta eligibil va fi format din persoane ce vor contribui la atingerea obiectivelor specifice OS 6.2 si OS 6.3. respectiv prescolari si elevi ce fac parte din grupuri vulnerabile/prezinta risc educational/provin din mediul rural/apartin minoritatii roma si reprezinta un total de 289 prescolari/elevi (25 prescolari + 264 elevi). La acestia se adauga 100 parinti/reprezentanti legali ai acelor prescolari/elevi ce au un parinte sau ambii plecati la munca in strainatate. Actiunile propuse in proiect raspund principiilor directoare ale Strategiei privind reducerea parasirii timpurii a scolii, generand un efect pozitiv pe termen mediu si lung deoarece ofera cumulativ: • Asigurarea sustenabilitatii pe termen mediu si lung a finantarii – prezentul proiect se constituie ca sustenabilitate a actiunilor aflate deja in implementare cu data de finalizare aprilie 2021 - prin consolidarea relatiei cu principalii factori interesati (profesori, parinti, elevi, autoritati ale administratiei publice locale) pentru a asigura participarea lor la implementarea activitatilor propuse. • Integrarea bunelor practici identificate prin implementarea proiectului pe care beneficiarul in are in implementare pana in aprilie 2021, pentru motivarea elevilor de a frecventa scoala. • Sprijin comunitatii locale asigurand depasirea constrangerilor financiare si materiale la nivel de scoali implicate avand in vedere ca autoritatile locale dispun de resurse limitate de sprijinire • un raspuns educational coordonat si cuprinzator - interventii integrate la toate nivelurile de invatamant, direct legate de parasirea timpurii a scolii: educatia timpurie, invatamantul primar, invatamantul secundar. The project contributes to the achievement of investment priority 10 (i) “Reducing and preventing early school leaving and promoting equal access to quality preschool, primary and secondary education, including formal, non-formal and informal learning pathways for reintegration into education and training”. The interventions supported by the project are in accordance with this call for projects and aim at both the improved coverage rate in preschool and preschool education, especially for disadvantaged categories of children; — The low rate of early school leaving by supporting participation in primary and secondary education and by developing integrated preventive measures. The eligible target group will be made up of people who will contribute to achieving the specific objectives OS 6.2 and OS 6.3. respectively preschoolers and students who are part of vulnerable groups/educational risk/from rural/Roma minority and represent a total of 289 preschoolers/students (25 preschoolers + 264 students). To these are added 100 parents/legal representatives of those preschoolers/students who have a parent or both gone to work abroad. The actions proposed in the project meet the guiding principles of the Strategy on reducing early school leaving, generating a positive effect in the medium and long term because it provides cumulatively: • Ensuring the medium and long-term sustainability of financing – this project is constituted as sustainability of actions already in implementation with April 2021 – by strengthening the relationship with the main stakeholders (teachers, parents, students, local public administration authorities) to ensure their participation in the implementation of the proposed activities. • The integration of good practices identified by the implementation of the project that the beneficiary has under implementation until April 2021, to motivate students to attend school. • Support to the local community in order to overcome financial and material constraints at the level of schools involved given that local authorities have limited support resources • a coordinated and comprehensive educational response – integrated interventions at all levels of education directly related to early school leaving: early education, primary education, secondary education.
