Projekta mērķis ir samazināt primārās enerģijas patēriņu, sekmējot energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu Tukuma novada pašvaldības pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes "Vālodzīte" ēkā un pašvaldības izdevumu samazināšanos par siltumapgādi, veicot ieguldījumus pašvaldības ēkā atbilstoši Tukuma novada attīstības programmā plānotajām investīcijām.Projektā plānotas šādas atbalstāmās darbības, kas sekmēs iznākuma rādītāju sasniegšanu un ietvers investīcijas pašvaldības īpašumā esošās PII ēkas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanā: esošās PII "Vālodzīte" ēkas pārbūve un siltumapgādes infrastruktūras atjaunošana un publicitātes pasākumi. Sasniedzamie rezultāti ir: 1) primārās enerģijas gada patēriņa samazinājums sabiedriskajā ēkā projekta ietvaros veikto investīciju rezultātā - 258 717 kWh/gadā (kilovatstundas gadā), 2) siltumnīcefekta (ogļskābo) gāzu samazinājums gadā projekta ietvaros veikto investīciju rezultātā - 52.541 CO2 emisijas ekvivalents (tonnas gadā).Kopējās projekta izmaksas plānotas 1 776 782,45 EUR, tajā skaitā Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda līdzfinansējums 454 200,00 EUR no attiecināmajām projekta izmaksām.Projektu plānots pabeigt 19 mēnešu laikā no vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu parakstīšanas (ne vēlāk kā līdz 2022.gada 31.decembrim). The aim of the project is to reduce primary energy consumption by promoting energy efficiency improvement in Tukums municipality pre-school educational institution “Vāldzīte” building and reduction of local government expenditure on heating by investing in the municipal building in accordance with the planned investments in Tukums Municipality Development Programme.The following supported actions are planned in the project, which will promote achievement of output indicators and include investments in energy efficiency improvement of the PII building owned by the municipality: Reconstruction of the existing PII “Vāldzīte” building and renovation of heating infrastructure and publicity measures. The results to be achieved are: 1) reduction of the annual consumption of primary energy in public building as a result of investments made within the framework of the project – 258717 kWh/year (kilovat hours per year), 2) reduction of greenhouse gas (carbon dioxide) gas per year as a result of investments made within the framework of the project – 52.541 CO2 emission equivalent (tonnes per year).The total project costs are planned to EUR 1776782.45, including the European Regional Development Fund co-financing EUR 454200.00 from the eligible project costs.
