Projekt dotyczy termomodernizacji budynku Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy w Piekarach Śląskich, polegającej na: - Ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych budynku, stropu pod nieogrzewanym poddaszem, - Wymianie stolarki okiennej, - Modernizacji intalacji centralnego ogrzewania polegająca na wymianie 21 grzejników żeliwnych w pomieszczeniach użytkowanych przez pracowników, - malowaniu ścian po wymianie okien. Przewiduje się koszty związane z inspektorem nadzoru, opracowaniem dokumentacji i promocją. Kosztem niekwalifikowanym jest wymiana dachu. Prace inwestycyjne zostaną zrealizowane w latach 2019-2020. The project concerns the thermomodernisation of the building of the District Labour Office in Piekary Śląskie, consisting of: — Insulation of the exterior walls of the building, ceiling under the unheated attic, – Exchange of window joinery, – Modernisation of central heating intalation consisting of replacing 21 cast iron heaters in rooms used by employees, – painting walls after replacement of windows. Costs related to the supervision inspector, documentation development and promotion are foreseen. The ineligible cost is to replace the roof. The investment work will be carried out in 2019-2020.
