The aim of the project is to revitalise the degraded territory by ensuring its suitability for the production needs of innovative and high added value industries, thus facilitating the development of entrepreneurship and employment in Ogre region, at the same time implementing territorial growth conducive to environmental sustainability. The territory to be renovated is located at 74 Akmeni Street, Ogre, within the industrial zone of Pārogre, which is the largest industrial territory in Ogre city. By investing in the construction of the production building, including the construction of communications, an infrastructure will be created, in which the municipality leases production premises and adjacent land to interested merchants through an open tender, who will create a total of 120 new jobs and will make non-financial investments in the amount of EUR 1000000. As a result of the project, the degraded area of 1.535 ha will be arranged.Project activities: • Costs of preparation of the project supporting documentation – Designing of the production building and its necessary connections for the degraded area at Akmeņu Street 74, Ogre building, as well as the construction project expertise. • Construction – Construction of the production building and the necessary connection to ensure its functionality at Akmeni Street 74, Ogre. According to the construction project, the construction of the building includes general construction works, as well as specialised works (construction of internal engineering networks and systems and construction of external engineering networks up to the connection to the main networks). • Construction supervision – provision of construction supervision of the production building, how a contract has been concluded with a certified contractor for the construction works to comply with all quality and construction requirements.• Author’s supervision – Author supervision of the production building by the developer of the technical project with a view to carrying out the construction work according to the technical project.The project is planned to be implemented within 27 months – from October 2018 to December 2020. The estimated total cost of the project is EUR 6621457,77, total eligible costs EUR 6062680,87, from which ERDF co-financing – EUR 4717538,41, state budget grant – EUR 204064,51 and municipal funding – EUR 1141077,95.     Projekta mērķis ir revitalizēt degradēto teritoriju, nodrošinot tās piemērotību inovatīvu un augstas pievienotās vērtības nozaru ražošanas vajadzībām, tādējādi sekmējot uzņēmējdarbības attīstību un nodarbinātības veicināšanu Ogres novadā, vienlaikus īstenojot vides ilgtspēju veicinošu teritoriālo izaugsmi. Revitalizējamā degradētā teritorija atrodas Akmeņu ielā 74, Ogrē, iekļaujoties Pārogres industriālajā zonā, kas ir lielākā industriālā teritorija Ogres pilsētā. Veicot ieguldījumu ražošanas ēkas izveidē, t.sk. izbūvējot komunikācijas, tiks radīta infrastruktūra, kurā ar atklātas izsoles palīdzību pašvaldība iznomā ražošanas telpas un tām pieguļošo zemi ieinteresētajiem komersantiem, kuri, pateicoties tam, kopumā izveidos 120 jaunas darba vietas un veiks nefinanšu investīcijas 1 000 000 EUR apjomā. Projekta rezultātā tiks sakārtota degradētā teritorija 1,535 ha platībā.Projekta darbības: • Projekta pamatojošās dokumentācijas sagatavošanas izmaksas - Ražošanas ēkas un tās funkcionalitātes nodrošināšanai nepieciešamo pieslēgumu projektēšana degradētās teritorijas Akmeņu ielā 74, Ogrē apbūvei, kā arī būvprojekta ekspertīze. • Būvniecība – Ražošanas ēkas un tās funkcionalitātes nodrošināšanai nepieciešamo pieslēgumu izbūve Akmeņu ielā 74, Ogrē. Atbilstoši būvprojektam ēkas būvniecība ietver vispārējos celtniecības darbus, kā arī specializētos darbus (iekšējo inženiertīklu un sistēmu izbūvi un ārējo inženiertīklu izbūvi līdz pieslēgumiem maģistrālajiem tīkliem). • Būvuzraudzība – Ražošanas ēkas būvuzraudzības nodrošināšana, kā īstenošanai noslēgts līgums ar sertificētu izpildītāju, lai būvdarbi atbilstu visiem kvalitātes un būvdarbu normatīvu prasībām.• Autoruzraudzība - Ražošanas ēkas autoruzraudzība, ko veic tehniskā projekta izstrādātājs ar mērķi, lai būvdarbi notiktu saskaņā ar tehnisko projektu.Projektu plānots īstenot 27 mēnešu laikā – sākot ar 2018.gada oktobri līdz 2020.gada decembrim. Projekta plānotās kopējās izmaksas ir 6 621 457,77 EUR, kopējās attiecināmās izmaksas 6 062 680,87 EUR, no kā ERAF līdzfinansējums – 4 717 538,41 EUR, valsts budžeta dotācija – 204 064,51 EUR un pašvaldības finansējums – 1 141 077,95 EUR.
