Celem proj jest poprawa jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie Choszczno poprzez realizację dodatkowej oferty edukacyjnej i specjalistycznej umożliwiającej 3 dzieciom z niepełnosprawnością (1 dziewczynka) udział w wychowaniu przedszkolnym oraz zwiększenie szans edukacyjnych w edukacji przedszkolnej przez min. 90% ze 433 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym, w tym 234 dziewczynek i 199 chłopców, nabycie kompetencji zawodowych przez 37 nauczycielek (37 K) oraz doposażenie 3 przedszkoli w niezbędne pomoce dydaktyczne do prowadzenia zajęć w okresie 01.06.2020 do 31.08.2021. Dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnością zostaną zrealiz. zajęcia (m.in. zaj. zaj. stymulujące rozwój psychoruchowy - rehabilitacja ruchowa, zaj. rewalidacyjne, korekcyjno - kompensacyjne), zaś dla pozostałych dzieci zostaną zorg. zajęcia m.in. z programowania i kompetencji społ. Dla nauczycieli zost. zorg. szkolenia prowadzące do nabycia kompetencji. Potrzeba realizacji wynika z diagnozy przeprowadzonej przez poszczególne przedszkola. W projekcie zrealizowane zostaną następujące działania: • Dostosowanie miejsc przedszkolnych do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami • Wsparcie dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami • Zajęcia dodatkowe dla dzieci • Wsparcie dla nauczycieli. Główne wskaźniki osiągnięte w ramach proj to: 1. Liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu – 35 (ok. 95% z 37) 2. Liczba dzieci objętych wsparciem w ramach programu dodatkowymi zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse edukacyjne w edukacji przedszkolnej – 433. 3. Liczba nauczycieli objętych wsparciem w programie -37. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of pre-school education in the Municipality of Choszczno by implementing an additional educational and specialised offer enabling 3 children with disabilities (1 girl) to participate in pre-school education and to increase educational opportunities in pre-school education by at least 90 % of 433 pre-school children, including 234 girls and 199 boys, the acquisition of professional competence by 37 teachers (37 K) and the provision of 3 kindergartens with the necessary teaching aids for conducting classes between 01.06.2020 and 31.08.2021. For children with disabilities, classes will be carried out (e.g. stimulation of psychomotor development – motor rehabilitation, rehabilitation, correction and compensation), and for other children will be accompanied by classes such as programming and social competence. For teachers, training leading to the acquisition of competences. The need for implementation stems from the diagnosis made by individual kindergartens. The following actions will be implemented in the project: • Adaptation of pre-school places to the needs of children with disabilities • Support for children with disabilities • Supplementary activities for children • Support for teachers. The main indicators achieved under the project are: 1. Number of teachers who obtained qualifications or acquired competences after leaving the programme – 35 (approx. 95 % of 37) 2. Number of children supported under the programme with additional activities improving their educational opportunities in pre-primary education – 433. 3.
