Selection of grant recipients on a first-served basis, preparation of certificates/audits and conclusion of grant agreements. 4. Implementation of the scope of work resulting from the application, self-incurrence of costs by the Grantee and submission of documents indicated in the rules of support. 5. Payment of the grant at a specific unit rate. 6. Promotion of the project. 7. Settlement of the project. Method of implementation: The municipality of Nowogard will carry out the investment on its own, with the employees of the City Council involved. The project is stationary. (English)

Zakres projektu obejmuje przedsięwzięcia inwestycyjne z zakresu likwidacji „niskiej emisji” - wymianę starych kotłów, pieców i urządzeń grzewczych na mniej emisyjne w indywidualnych gospodarstwach domowych (zarówno w domach jednorodzinnych i wielorodzinnych). 2. Ogłoszenie konkursu grantowego (w przypadku dofinansowania) i ocena otrzymanych zgłoszeń. 3. Wybór grantobiorców wg kolejności zgłoszeń, sporządzenie świadectw/audytów i zawarcie umów grantowych. 4. 5. Wypłata grantu w określonej stawce jednostkowej. 6. Promocja projektu. 7. Rozliczenie projektu. Sposób wdrażania: Gmina Nowogard inwestycję przeprowadzi we własnym zakresie, z zaangażowanymi do tego pracownikami Urzędu Miejskiego. Projekt jest stacjonarny. (Polish)
