W ramach projektu nastąpi rozbudowa i zagospodarowanie centrum przesiadkowego integrującego Dworzec Autobusowy /Dworzec PKP oraz budowa dróg rowerowych i infrastruktury towarzyszącej. W ramach rozbudowy centrum przesiadkowego powstanie: - parking typu park&ride na ok. 200 miejsc parkingowych dla samochodów osobowych, - zatoka autobusowa, - 6 miejsc postojowych dla pojazdów osobowych o napędzie elektrycznym wraz ze stacjami szybkiego ładowania, - parking typu bike&ride z 100 zadaszonych miejsc postojowych dla rowerów z punktem ładowania rowerów elektrycznych, - jezdnie manewrowe. Budowa 28,2 km liniowej infrastruktury rowerowej obejmie: budowę dróg dla rowerów o długości ok. 11,5 km, dróg dla rowerów i pieszych o łącznej długości ok. 6,2 km, pasów dla rowerów o łącznej długości ok. 1,5 km, odcinków istniejących jezdni ok. łącznej długości ok. 9,0 km (prowadzenie rowerów w ruchu ogólnym, w tym kontraruch) oraz budowę tunelu pieszo-rowerowego o łącznej długości ok. 146 m.
