The pandemic that has been going on for months is creating new threats and challenges for the tourism industry. It is necessary to adapt the offer and actions taken to meet sanitary requirements and government recommendations regarding the way customers are served in hotel centers, restaurants. The planned lack of possibility of organising dancing events for many months means that in order to adapt the offer, it was decided to modernise part of the ARA Hotel’s premises and to create a new offer. Our goal is to strengthen and improve conference and training services on the domestic and international market using modern information and communication technologies. Recent months have brought reality to the web and the conference and training sector generates demand for online broadcasts, live streaming conferences. The project also aims to create a safe environment for tourists and make the Applicant’s offer more attractive in order to counter the economic impact of the pandemic. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Trwająca od miesięcy pandemia stwarza nowe zagrożenia i wyzwania dla branży turystycznej. Koniecznością jest dostosowanie oferty i podejmowanych działań do wymogów sanitarnych i zaleceń rządowych odnośnie sposobu obsługi klientów w ośrodkach hotelowych, restauracjach. Przewidywany wielomiesięczny brak możliwości organizowania imprez typu dancingi sprawia, iż celem dostosowania oferty podjęto decyzję o modernizacji części pomieszczeń Hotelu ARA i stworzeniu nowej oferty. Naszym celem jest wzmocnienie i poprawa usług konferencyjno- szkoleniowych na krajowym i międzynarodowym rynku przy zastosowaniu nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno- komunikacyjnych. Ostatnie miesiące przeniosły rzeczywistość do sieci a sektor konferencyjno- szkoleniowy generuje zapotrzebowanie na transmisje online, konferencje live streaming. Celem projektu jest ponadto stworzenie bezpiecznych warunków dla turystów i zwiększenie atrakcyjności oferty Wnioskodawcy aby przeciwdziałać skutkom gospodarczym pandemii. (Polish)
