The main goal of the project is to increase the availability of social services in the municipality of Wieprz by creating the first Daily House of Care and Activation. The target group will be people over 60 years of life, requiring assistance in self-service and self-care activities, i.e. when using the toilet, eating, moving. The participant cannot be a completely dependent person. As part of the project activities, the equipment necessary for the operation of the centre will be purchased, including innovative cognitive exercises and adapted infrastructure in the field of securing parking lots and installing air conditioning. A car for the carriage of elderly people and an employed driver will be purchased. The project will finance the remuneration of service staff. For the needs of the participants, the possibility of eating two meals, including one warm one, will be guaranteed. Taking these measures will allow the recruitment of 15 final beneficiaries in December 2019 and the start of the facility from 2 January 2020. As part of the project offer, the following will be provided: Care services; Activation services; Supporting services.The implementation of the project will help to ensure day-to-day care and activation of the elderly. This will improve the functioning of them and their families. By providing support, the facility will enable older people to stay as long as possible in their place of residence and will support their daily functioning and their families. It will allow working carers to work, not working because of the need to care for a family member, to become active. Care for the elderly will be adapted in every dimension to their needs. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności usług społecznych na terenie gminy Wieprz poprzez utworzenie pierwszego Dziennego Domu Opieki i Aktywizacji.Grupą docelową będą osoby powyżej 60 r.życia, wymagające pomocy w czynnościach samoobsługowych i samopielęgnacyjnych, tj. podczas korzystania z toalety, spożywania posiłków, poruszania się. Uczestnikiem nie może być osoba całkowicie niesamodzielna. W ramach działań projektowych zakupione zostanie wyposażenie niezbędne do funkcjonowania ośrodka w tym do innowacyjnych ćwiczeń kognitywnych oraz przystosowana infrastruktura w zakresie utwardzenia parkingów oraz montażu klimatyzacji. Zakupiony zostanie samochód do przewozu osób starszych oraz zatrudniony kierowca. Ze środków projektowych sfinansowane zostanie wynagrodzenie personelu obsługowego. Na potrzeby uczestników zagwarantowana zostanie możliwość spożywania dwóch posiłków w tym jednego ciepłego. Podjęcie tych działań pozwoli w grudniu 2019 r. przeprowadzić rekrutację 15 Beneficjentów ostatecznych oraz uruchomić placówkę od 2.01.2020 r. W ramach oferty projektowej świadczone będą: Usługi opiekuńczopielęgnacyjne; Usługi aktywizującousprawniające; Usługi wspomagające.Realizacja projektu pozwoli zapewnić dzienną opiekę i aktywizację osób starszych. Przyczyni się to do polepszania funkcjonowania ich oraz ich rodzin. Placówka zapewniając wsparcie umożliwi pozostawanie osób starszych jak najdłużej w ich miejscu zamieszkania i stanowić będzie wsparcie w codziennym funkcjonowaniu oraz ich rodzin. Pozwoli pracującym opiekunom na pracę zawodową, a niepracującym z powodu konieczności opieki nad członkiem rodziny, na uaktywnienie zawodowe. Opieka nad osobami starszymi dostosowana będzie w każdym wymiarze do ich potrzeb. Prowadzić będzie do ograniczenia wykluczenia społecznego oraz do poprawy stanu zdrowia. (Polish)
