Objective: Gaining employment for at least 45 % of 120 UP (63K/57M), i.e. 30 years without work resident in districts: Brzeziński, Łaskie, Eastern Lodz, Pabianice, Poddębicki, Tomaszowski, Zduńskowolskie, Zgierskie in the Łódź Voivodeship, including 60 % of those aged 50+ and 30 % from medium-sized cities in the period 04.2020-09.2021, by applying a comprehensive individual activation path. We offer a comprehensive and individualised model of assistance based on the development of social competences and professional potential of the PU. Individual support tailored to the personal needs of UP is the basis in the process of returning to active life and taking up work. It is equally important to acquire skills and work experience and to maintain the motivation of the UP to be independent. Support: —individual diagnosis of the needs and potential of the participant, development of the IPD-workshops active job search and job placements – tailor-made training and internships Target group: persons with a particular situation on the labour market: —56 women -72 pers.50+ (37K/35M):KP1-94 low-skilled (50K/44M) -52 long-term unemployed (27K/25M) -12 people with disabilities (7K/5M) The share of unemployed men aged 30-49 who are not disadvantaged in the labour market is up to 20 % of the target group. At least 30 % of participants (36 persons) will be people living in the middle towns of the Łódź Voivodeship: Aleksandrów Łódzki, Łask, Ozorków, Pabianice, Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Zduńska Wola, Zgierz. 100 % of UP lives in counties where the unemployment rate is higher than the unemployment rate for the Łódź Voivodeship at the end of 2018 (English) | |||||||||||||||

Cel: Zdobycie zatrudnienia przez min. 45% ze 120 UP (63K/57M), tj. os.pow.30 rż. pozostających bez pracy zamieszkałych w powiatach: brzezińskim, łaskim, łódzkim wschodnim, pabianickim, poddębickim, tomaszowskim, zduńskowolskim, zgierskim w województwie łódzkim, w tym 60% os.w wieku 50+ i 30% z miast średnich w okresie 04.2020-09.2021, poprzez zastosowanie kompleksowej indywidualne ścieżki aktywizacyjnej. Proponujemy kompleksowy i zindywidualizowany model pomocy oparty na rozwoju kompetencji społecznych i potencjału zawodowego UP. Indywidualne wsparcie dostosowane do osobistych potrzeb UP jest podstawą w procesie powrotu do aktywnego życia i podjęcia pracy. Równie istotne jest zdobycie umiejętności i doświadczenia zawodowego i utrzymanie motywacji UP do samodzielności.
