The project “Socio-professional rehabilitation of people leaving prisons and their surroundings” concerns the socio-professional support of 120 people at risk of social exclusion due to leaving the prison and 100 people from their surroundings. Support will be provided for 18 months to people from the Lubuskie Province, in accordance with the individual diagnosis of needs. Research shows that the crime rate in the Lubuskie Voivodeship is 92.3 and is the highest in the country (in Poland 76.6), the Lubuskie Voivodeship has the highest proportion of convicted recidivism in the country – 7.9 % (Poland 5.9 %).As similar to the high percentage of convicted juveniles, i.e. people aged 17-21, it is 14 % (in Poland 14 %)/according to the “Rightful judgments of adults 2013-2017”, Ministry of Justice, Warsaw 2019. According to the NIK report “Social assistance provided to people leaving prisons” (Warsaw 2019), almost 40 % of those released commit a repeat offence in the first year. The above data shows the need to support people leaving prisons and this project provides tailored support to individual problems. (English)

    Projekt "Readaptacja społeczno-zawodowa osób opuszczających zakłady karne i ich otoczenia" dotyczy wsparcia społeczno-zawodowego 120 osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym z powodu opuszczania zakładu penitencjarnego oraz 100 osób z ich otoczenia.Wsparcie udzielane będzie przez 18 miesięcy, osobom z woj.lubuskiego, zgodnie z indywidualnie przeprowadzoną diagnozą potrzeb. Badania pokazują ,że współczynnik przestępczości w woj.lubuskim wynosi 92,3 i jest najwyższy w kraju(w Polsce 76,6), woj. lubuskie ma najwyższy w kraju odsetek skazanych recydywistów- 7,9%( Polska 5,9%).Podobnie do wysokich należy odsetek skazanych młodocianych, czyli osób w wieku 17-21 lat, wynosi on 14% ( w Polsce 14%)/wg "Prawomocne osądzenia osób dorosłych 2013-2017",Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości, Warszawa 2019. Zgodnie z raportem NIK "Pomoc społeczna udzielana osobom opuszczającym zakłady karne"(Warszawa 2019), prawie 40% osób zwolnionych popełnia ponowne przestępstwo w ciągu pierwszego roku. Powyższe dane pokazują potrzebę wsparcia osób opuszczających zakłady penitencjarne i projekt to wsparcie zapewnia dostosowując do indywidualnych problemów. (Polish)
