Celem głównym projektu jest utworzenie 48 miejsc opieki w nowotworzonym żłobku w Toruniu, co umożliwi opiekunom prawnym dzieci do lat 3 z obszaru miasta Torunia powrót do aktywności zawodowej (17 os. 15K i 2M), a także godzenie życia zawodowego i prywatnego osób pracujących (31 os. 29K i 2M) – cel zostanie osiągnięty do 30.09.2022 r. Projekt dotyczy typu projektu nr 1 wskazanego w Regulaminie konkursu, czyli „Tworzenie nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, w tym dostosowanych do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami, w istniejących lub nowo tworzonych formach opieki przewidzianych ustawą”. W ramach projektu zaplanowano realizację dwóch zadań merytorycznych: 1. Prace przygotowawcze do uruchomienia żłobka; 2. Sprawowanie opieki nad dziećmi w żłobku. Wnioskodawca zamierza osiągnąć wskazane w części C.3. wskaźniki rezultatu i prosuktu, tj.: Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami [1 szt.]; Liczba utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 [48 szt.]; Liczba osób opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 objętych wsparciem w programie [48 osób]; Liczba utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, które funkcjonują po zakończeniu projektu [48 szt.]. W projekcie weźmie udział: 17 osób bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo pozostających poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, w tym osoby, które przerwały karierę zawodową ze względu na urodzenie dziecka lub przebywają na urlopie wychowawczym w rozumieniu Ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. – Kodeks pracy oraz 31 osób pracujących, sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3.- Projekt jest realizowany przez podmiot ekonomii społecznej.- Projekt zakłada utworzenie lub dostosowanie miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami. The project concerns the type of project no. 1 indicated in the Rules of the Competition, i.e. “Creating new places of care for children up to 3 years, including adapted to the needs of children with disabilities, in existing or newly created forms of care provided for by law”. As part of the project, two substantive tasks are planned: 1. Preparatory work for the start of the crèche; 2. Taking care of the children in the nursery. The applicant intends to achieve the result and prosuktu indicators indicated in Part C.3., i.e.: Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities [1 pcs]; Number of childcare facilities established for children up to 3 years of age [48 pcs]; Number of people caring for children up to 3 years supported under the programme [48]; Number of childcare facilities created for children up to 3 years that operate after the end of the project [48]. The project will be attended by: 17 unemployed or economically inactive persons remaining outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children up to 3 years, including those who have interrupted their professional career due to the birth of a child or are on parental leave within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code and 31 persons working with care for children under the age of 3.- The project is implemented by a social economy entity.- The project involves the creation or adaptation of childcare facilities for children up to 3 years old to the needs of children with disabilities.
