Develop 2 reports – initial and final to compare the input state and output reorganisation of OPS. The improvement of the profession of work.socj. includes their education, i.e. training/substantive advice/study visits; pilotage and implementation of the Socia standard. The reorganisation will include 16 field works. Socia, other works. Soci. and other laborers will be troubled in Jops/the whole unit. Proj meets the conditions and standards for providing support listed in the Competition Rules and Regulations, i.e. OPs employs a sufficient number of prac.socj/31.445 residents of Gm.AŁ, who have appropriate education/specialisation in the profession of.socj. Jops works are familiar with the process of change, have accepted it and will gladly proceed with the implementation of the adopted Model.     CEL GŁ: efektywniejsza obsł klienta pom.społ. poprzez podniesienie jakości i profesjonalizacji świadczeń udzielanych przez jednostkę organizac pom społ.[JOPS], ze szczególnym uwzgl pracy socj. i świadcz usług socj, i oddzielenie ich od działań admin, dzięki wdrożeniu nowego Modelu funkcjonowania JOPS - w okresie 01.02.2020r.-31.10.2021r. Cel wynika z analizy potrzeb i problemów JOPS i jego prac.socj, oraz lokal potrzeb i problemów społ. W odpowiedzi na nie zaplanowano wdrożenie Modelu realizacji usł. o określonym standardzie w Gm/JOPS. Projekt polega na zmianie struktury organiz OPS [oddzieleniu pracy socj i usł od postępowań admin, realizacji pracy socj, podnoszeniu kwalifikacji prac.socj.OPS, pracach adaptacyjnych, remont, doposażeniu jednostki, poprawie ergonomii pracy prac.socj. Z zaplanowanych zmian organiz. JOPS kluczowe jest wyodrębnienie obligatoryjnych zespołów/stanowisk prac. socj. oraz doposażenie 2 stan pracy prac.socj. ds. 1go kontaktu i ich wynagrodzeniu, oraz poprawa ergonomii pracy prac.socj.[np. oświetlenie, podłogi, meble]. Opracow 2 raportów - wstępnego i końcowego w celu porównania stanu wejściowego i wyjściowego reorganizacji OPS. Podniesienie kompet zawod. prac.socj. obejmuje ich edukację tj. szkolenia/doradztwo merytoryczne/wizyty studyjne; pilotaż i wdrożenie standardu pracy socj. Reorganizacja obejmie 16 terenowych prac. socj, pozostałych prac. socj. i innych pracown zatrudn w JOPS/całą jednostkę. Proj spełnia warunki i standardy udzielania wsparcia wymienione w Regul Konkursu wraz z zał, tzn. OPS zatrudnia wystarczającą liczbę prac.socj/31.445 mieszkańców Gm.AŁ, posiadających odpowiednie wykształcenie/specjaliz w zawodzie prac.socj.
