The main objective of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people up to 29 years, economically inactive and to support people leaving agriculture and their families, the working poor and people employed on short-term contracts and working under ciw-pr. contracts from the area of voivodship.Knowledge of GD will allow effective implementation of activation activities, and thanks to various contacts and networks of links, it will allow the participants of the project to be permanently present on the changing labour market. 50Number of people who have gained professional experience: 20Number of qualified persons: 50The main tasks in the project:-individualisation of support and definition of the career path, individual meetings with:psychologist(motivating) and career adviser (examination of predisposition and professional preferences, competences relevant in job search, career planning), development of IPD, group workshops with a career adviser, mentor support, post-work-acquisition/upskilling (vocational training)-acquirement of work experience internships, internship scholarships, medical examinations, insurance of NNW during the internship – support additional reimbursements of travel expenses, cover of accommodation costs, training scholarships, care of dependents, catering. Support aimed at obtaining a specific professional activity is carried out as part of an internship with a particular employer and is adapted to the needs of specific employers. Each of the participants will receive an offer of individual support and comprehensive professional and educational activation, including the types of operations planned in the project (instruments I to IV). Głównym celem proj. jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 r.ż., biernych zawodowo oraz wsparcie osób odchodzących z rolnictwa i ich rodzin, ubogich pracujących oraz osób zatrudnionych na um. krótkoterminowych i pracujących w ramach umów cyw.-pr.z obszaru woj. pom.Znajomość GD pozwoli na skuteczne prowadzenie działań aktywizujących, a dzięki różnorodnym kontaktom i sieci powiązań pozwoli trwale zaistnieć uczestnikom projektu na zmieniającym się rynku pracy.Liczba osób objętych wsparciem: 50Liczba osób, które uzyskały doświadczenie zawodowe: 20Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje: 50Główne zadania w projekcie:-indywidualizacja wsparcia i określenie ścieżki zawodowej, indywidualne spotkania z:psychologiem(motywacyjne) oraz doradcą zawodowym (badanie predyspozycji i preferencji zawodowych, kompetencji istotnych w poszukiwaniu zatrudnienia, planowania kariery),opracowanie IPD, warsztaty grupowe z doradcą zawodowym, wsparcie mentora, pośr.pracy-zdobycie/podwyższenie kwalifikacji (szkolenia zawodowe)-zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego staże zawodowe, stypendia stażowe, badania lekarskie, ubezpieczenie NNW w trakcie stażu-wsparcie dodatkowe zwroty kosztów dojazdu, pokrycie kosztów noclegu, stypendia szkoleniowe, opieka nad osobami zależnymi, catering.Wsparcie mające na celu zdobycie dośw. zawodowego jest realizowane w ramach stażu u konkretnego pracodawcy i dostosowane jest do potrzeb konkretnych pracodawców.Każdy z uczestników otrzyma ofertę wsparcia indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej, obejmującą typy operacji zaplanowane w projekcie (instrumenty od I do IV).
