Το συνολικό έργο αφορά στην κατασκευή του 3ου τμήματος της Α΄ Φάσης ανάπτυξης του Νέου Λιμένα Πατρών. Το έργο είναι «ΕΡΓΟ-PHASING» μεταξύ ΕΣΠΑ 2007-2013 και ΕΣΠΑ 2014-2020 και υλοποιείται σε δύο διακριτές φάσεις (Φάση Α1΄ και Φάση Α2΄).Το παρόν έργο αφορά τη Φάση Α2΄ του έργου και περιλαμβάνει: εργασίες κατασκευής της 5ης νηοδόχου οχηματαγωγών πλοίων, συνολικού μήκους κρηπιδοτοίχου 219,10 μ σε ποσοστό 29,43%, εργασίες κατασκευής κυματοθραύστη μήκους 210 μ σε ποσοστό 16,67%, εργασίες κατασκευής δύο όμοιων Επιβατικών Τερματικών Σταθμών (Β1 & Β2) σε ποσοστό 15,25% για το κτίριο Β1 και σε ποσοστό 17,31% για το κτίριο Β2, εργασίες κατασκευής κτιρίου εμπορικής χρήσης (περίπτερο καταστήματα - wc) σε ποσοστό 29,88%, έργα περιβάλλοντος χώρου όπισθεν του κρηπιδώματος: αρχιτεκτονικές διαμορφώσεις σε ποσοστό 88,84% και ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές εγκαταστάσεις σε ποσοστό 97,42%, πλήρη κατασκευή έργων κυκλοφοριακής διαμόρφωσης της ελεγχόμενης (περιφραγμένης) χερσαίας ζώνης της 5ης νηοδόχου, περιλαμβανομένης της κατασκευής χώρων στάσης προς επιβίβαση συνολικού εμβαδού 5.600 μ² για τα επιβατικά οχήματα και 3.030 μ² για φορτηγά οχήματα και των μεταξύ τους διαδρόμων κυκλοφορίας, πλήρη κατασκευή έργων διασύνδεσης και προσαρμογής της εσωτερικής οδού κυκλοφορίας του λιμένα και της οδού σύνδεσής του με το εξωτερικό οδικό δίκτυο, για την εξυπηρέτηση της 5ης νηοδόχου καθώς και κατασκευή περίπου 284 μ οδού δύο λωρίδων 3,50 μ έκαστη και 50 θέσεων στάθμευσης οχημάτων, πλήρη κατασκευή υδραυλικών έργων χερσαίας ζώνης (δίκτυο επιφανειακών καναλιών και δίκτυο υπογείων αγωγών), εργασίες κατασκευής Πύργου Ελέγχου του Νέου Λιμένα, σε ποσοστό 0,82%.Στο έργο επίσης περιλαμβάνονται όλες οι δαπάνες που αφορούν σε υπηρεσίες Συμβούλου Διαχείρισης της Φάσης Α2΄ και οι δαπάνες που αφορούν δίκτυα Οργανισμών Κοινής Ωφέλειας.
