Το σχέδιο αφορά στον εκσυγχρονισμό της πλωτής μονάδας του φορέα στην ανωτέρω θέση. Σημειώνεται ότι η δυναμικότητα (2.490,60 τόνοι ετησίως) καθώς και η συνολική μισθωμένη έκταση (55 στρέμματα) δεν μεταβάλλονται.Με το παρόν επενδυτικό σχέδιο περιλαμβάνει δαπάνες που αφορούν στον εκσυγχρονισμό της πλωτής μονάδας, συνολικής θαλάσσιας έκτασης 55 στρεμμάτων και τελικής ετήσιας δυναμικότητας 2.490,60 τόνων, με την αγορά νέου εξοπλισμού για την αντικατάσταση παλαιότερου εξοπλισμού, λόγω φθοράς αλλά και την αγορά νέου, σύγχρονου εξοπλισμού για την μονάδα του στα πλαίσια της μετατόπισης και αναδιάταξης των πάρκων εκτροφής (ιχθυοκλωβοί, διχτυοκλωβοί, αγκυροβόλια, σκάφος). Το παρόν σχέδιο επένδυσης περιλαμβάνει:Α) δαπάνες στις οποίες έχει προβεί ο φορέας και οι οποίες έχουν εξοφληθεί (τιμολόγια), από την 28-11-2015 έως και σήμερα, για τον εκσυγχρονισμό της πλωτής του μονάδας, το ύψος των οποίων ανέρχεται στα 697.268,68.Β) Δαπάνες στις οποίες θα προβεί ο φορέας μετά την υποβολή του φακέλου προς εξέταση έγκριση (προσφορές), το ύψος των οποίων ανέρχεται στα 695.320,80 , για τον εκσυγχρονισμό της μονάδας. Τα τεχνικά και απρόβλεπτα έξοδα ανέρχονται σε ύψος 139.258,95 Στα τεχνικά έξοδα συμπεριλαμβάνεται ποσό 9.700,00 σε προσφορά. Οι απρόβλεπτες δαπάνες ανέρχονται σε 129.558,95 .Το γενικό σύνολο της επένδυσης ανέρχεται στα 1.531.848,43 . (Greek)

Il presente piano d'investimento prevede spese relative all'ammodernamento dell'impianto galleggiante, con una superficie marittima complessiva di 55 ettari e una capacità annua finale di 2.490,60 tonnellate, con l'acquisto di nuove attrezzature per la sostituzione di attrezzature più vecchie dovute all'usura, ma anche l'acquisto di nuove attrezzature moderne per il suo impianto nell'ambito dello spostamento e della ridistribuzione di parchi agricoli (casse, reti, ancoraggi e imbarcazioni).
