Projekt dotyczy modernizacji komunalnej oczyszczalni ścieków(1 szt.) i będzie realizowany na terenie woj. dolnośląskiego w powiecie kłodzkim, w gminie Kłodzko, w miejscowości Szalejów Górny i obejmie działkę nr 800 (własność Gminy Polanica-Zdrój). Planowana do modernizacji oczyszczalnia obsługuje mieszkańców aglomeracji Polanica-Zdrój(grupa docelowa), która wyznaczona została na mocy Uchwały nr XIII/327/15 Sejmiku Woj. Dolnośląskiego z dnia 17.09.2015 r. RLM aglomeracji wynosi 9900. W wyniku realizacji projektu nie zmieni się docelowa przepustowość oczyszczalni, która wynosi 21 000 m3/d (śr. 13000 m3/d). Oczyszczalnia objęta projektem jest komunalną, biologiczną oczyszczalnią ścieków z podwyższonym stopniem usuwania związków biogennych (azotu i fosforu) spełniającą standardy odprowadzanych ścieków (zgodnie z Dyrektywą 91/271/EWG). Znacznie wyeksploatowane urządzeń oczyszczalni uniemożliwia jej prawidłową eksploatację. Nierzadko dochodzi do awarii całego systemu, co wpływa na niewłaściwy stopień oczyszczania ścieków. Ich stan techniczny, w najbliższej przyszłości, uniemożliwi zachowania ciągłości technologii. Częste naprawy wpływają natomiast negatywnie na środowisko naturalne powodując skażenia biologiczne. Modernizacja oczyszczalni obejmuje m.in.: montaż nowego urządzenia do odwadniania osadu wraz z nową linią odwadniania osadu, montaż nowego przenośnika ślimakowego, nowej kraty schodkowej z systemem płuczącym i rozdrabniającym skratki, modernizację istniejącej kraty oraz wymianę instalacji wentylacji w budynku krat, wymianę pomp ściekowych, zespołu dmuchaw, wymianę mechanizmu zagęszczania osadu oraz przywrócenie systemu automatyki na oczyszczalni (nowoczesny system zarządzania oczyszczalnia). Nowo zakupywane urządzenia będą kompatybilne z obecnie istniejącym systemem i technologią oczyszcz. (wariant optymalny). Projekt zakłada też opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej, SW, nadzór inwestorski oraz działania promocyjne. (Polish)

The project concerns the modernisation of the municipal sewage treatment plant (1 pieces) and will be implemented in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Kłodzko County, Kłodzko commune, in Szalejów Górny and will cover plot No. 800 (ownership of the Polanica-Zdrój commune). Planned to modernise the treatment plant serves residents of the Polanica-Zdrój agglomeration (target group), which was designated pursuant to Resolution no XIII/327/15 of the Sejmiku Woj. Dolnośląskie on 17.09.2015. RLM of the agglomeration is 9900. As a result of the project, the target throughput of the treatment plant will not change, which is 21000 m³/d (mean. 13000 m³/d). The treatment plant covered by the project is a municipal biological sewage treatment plant with an increased degree of disposal of biogenic compounds (nitrogen and phosphorus) meeting the standards of waste water (in accordance with Directive 91/271/EEC). The well-exploited treatment plant prevents its proper operation. Often, the entire system fails, which affects the wrong level of wastewater treatment. Their technical condition, in the near future, will prevent the continuity of technology. However, frequent repairs have a negative impact on the environment, causing biological contamination. Modernisation of the treatment plant includes, among others: installation of a new sludge drainage system with a new sludge drainage line, installation of a new screw conveyor, a new staircase grate with a washing and shredding system, modernisation of the existing grid and replacement of ventilation systems in the grid building, replacement of sewage pumps, blower unit, replacement of sludge compaction mechanism and restoration of automation system for the treatment plant (modern treatment management system). Newly purchased devices will be compatible with the current system and cleanse technology. (optimal option).
