Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie do 2022 r. konkurencyjności Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego (UWr) poprzez wdrożenie nowoczesnego programu rozwojowego ukierunk. na wzrost jakości kształcenia, doskonalenie kompetencji studentów i kadry oraz usprawnienie procesów zarządzania uczelnią.Grupą docelową jest łącznie 2 514 os., w tym:- studenci kształcący się na 10 wydziałach UWr - 1 700 os.- doktoranci 14 os.- kadra dydaktyczna 200 os.- kadra zarządcza i administracyjna 600 os.W ramach projektu realizowanych jest 6 nw. modułów (KD 11):1) Moduł programów kształcenia2) Moduł podnoszenia kompetencji3) Moduł programów stażowych4) Moduł wsparcia świadczenia wysokiej jakości usług przez instytucje wspomagające studentów w rozpoczęciu aktywności zawodowej na rynku pracy5) Moduł studiów doktoranckich6) Moduł zarządzania w instytucjach szkolnictwa wyższego.Moduły te wdrażane będą w ramach poszczególnych zadań zaplanowanych w projekcie.W efekcie projektu:- podniesiona zostanie jakości kształcenia na studiach, w tym doktoranckich. poprzez dostos. kształcenia do potrzeb gospodarki rynku pracy i zwiększenie praktycznego wymiaru nauczania; to wszystko wpłynie na zwiększenie szans absolwentów na rynku pracy - wzmocnione zostaną kompetencje kadry dydaktycznej, które następnie będą wykorzystane w procesie nauczania, co w efekcie wpłynie na podniesienie jakości kształcenia- podniesione będą kompetencje kadry zarządczej i administracyjnej, co przełoży się na na efektywne i sprawne zarządzania uczelnią, a także na jakość kształcenia- wdrożone zostaną nowoczesne narzędzia usprawniające obieg dokumentacji i procesy zarządcze, zwiększy się poziom informatyzacji procesów zachodzących na uczelni, co w efekcie wzmocni proces zarządzania uczelnią.W projekcie nie są finans. działania, które są przedmiotem wsparcia w ramach osi prioryt. V POWER (KD 30).Kierunki objęte projektem nie posiadają negatywnej oceny jakości kształcenia PKA (KD 7). (Polish)
