Celem głównym P jest modyfikacja i realizacja wysokiej jakości studiów międzynarodowych (KD 7) z dziedziny neuronauki poznawczej w zakresie nauk społecznych dla 12 osób na Wydziale Filozoficznym UJ w okresie 2019 - 2023. Program odpowiada na zapotrzebowanie uczestników/czek studiów doktoranckich dotyczące wysokiej jakości kursów, zwiększania mobilności, położenia nacisku na indywidualną współpracę z opiekunem naukowym oraz potrzebę umiędzynarodowienia studiów doktoranckich.Rezultatem programu będzie wykształcenie elitarnej kadry badawczej, która będzie w stanie sprostać wyzwaniom nowoczesnej gospodarki opartej na wiedzy i tworzyć konkurencyjne wyniki badań naukowych. W szczególności program pozwoli na wykształcenie absolwentów/ek w zakresie teorii i praktyki badań łączących tematykę społeczną, poznawczą i neurobiologiczną, których dynamiczny rozwój obserwowany jest w praktycznie każdym obszarze tematycznym badań współczesnej psychologii eksperymentalnej. W wyniku realizacji programu nastąpi transfer na grunt polski dobrych wzorców międzynarodowych dzięki programowi staży zagranicznych i uczestnictwu w konferencjach na światowym poziomie.Grupę docelową projektu stanowią doktoranci/tki z Polski i zza granicy, rozpoczynający/e karierę naukową, którzy/e wykażą potencjał i motywację do rozwoju kompetencji badawczych na poziomie międzynarodowym w zakresie neuronauki poznawczej. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 12 osób. W ramach programu doktoranci/tki będą realizować indywidualne programy badawcze obejmujące prowadzenie badań, wyjazdy zagraniczne; zostaną objęci wysokospecjalistycznymi kursami. Uczestnicy/czki programu objęci zostaną wsparciem finansowym umożliwiającym komunikację uzyskanych wyników badawczych na forum międzynarodowym, w tym na konferencjach i czasopismach o zasięgu międzynarodowym. The main goal of P is to modify and implement high-quality international studies (KD 7) in the field of cognitive neuroscience in the field of social sciences for 12 people at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Jagiellonian University in the period 2019-2023. The programme meets the needs of PhD students in terms of high quality courses, increasing mobility, emphasising individual cooperation with the research supervisor and the need to internationalise doctoral studies.The result of the programme will be the education of elite research staff that will be able to meet the challenges of a modern knowledge-based economy and create competitive research results. In particular, the programme will allow the education of graduates in the field of theory and practice of research combining social, cognitive and neurobiological topics, whose dynamic development is observed in virtually every thematic area of research of contemporary experimental psychology. The programme will result in the transfer of good international standards to Polish soil thanks to the programme of foreign internships and participation in conferences at the world level.The target group of the project are PhD students from Poland and abroad, starting a scientific career, who will demonstrate the potential and motivation to develop research competences at the international level in the field of cognitive neuroscience. 12 people will be supported. Under the PhD programme, individual research programmes will be carried out, including research, foreign trips; they'll be given high-level courses. Participants/participants will receive financial support to communicate the results obtained internationally, including international conferences and magazines. (English)
