Celem głównym projektu jest aktywizacja społeczna i zawodowa grupy min.9 absolwentów Uczelni oraz9 seniorów w okresie 01.01.2019- 30.09.2020 (Kryt.dost.3) oraz pobudzenie aktywności edukacyjnej i kulturalnej min.180 dzieci i młodzieży z wiejskich społeczności lokalnych woj. dolnośląskiego.Kolejnym celem jest integracja międzypokoleniowa,likwidacja barier, promocja w środowiskach wiejskich edukacji oraz kultury, poprzez ułatwianie dostępu.W projekcie planowane jest:-przeszkolenie min. 9 absolwentów uczelni m.in(realizacja projektów społecznych, międzypokoleniowych, Excel, wrażliwość międzykulturowa, praca w zespole) oraz min.9 seniorów (m.in dzielenie się wiedzą, realizacja proj. społecznych, podstawy ped - psych).-utworzenie 12 Teamów Leaderskich (senior- absolwent), których celem będzie stworzenie miniprojektu włączenia grupy 20 dzieci z wybranej wioski woj. dolnoś.w działania/wydarzenia edukacyjno -kulturalne Wrocławia. Teamy we współpracy z opiekunami dzieci ( szkoła podstawowa) ustalać będą harmonogram wycieczek, miejsce, czas, w miarę możliwości będą swoim grupom towarzyszyć).Na podstawie doświadczeń teamów (ewaluacja) powstaną Rekomendacje społecznej współpracy międzypokoleniowej, które do pół roku od zakończenia projektu zostaną przesłane do m.in 30 org.pozarząd województwa.-realizacjamin 60 wizyt Teamów Leaderskich w wioskach swoich podopiecznych.-zrealizowanie wizyt min.180 dzieci z obszarów wiejskich województwa w ośrodkach kulturalno - edukacyjnych Wrocławia.-przeszkolenie kolejnej grupy 38 absolwentów Uczelni z kompetencji komputerowych (Excel zaawansowany). Absolwenci kończący szkolenie przepracują społecznie minimum 50 godzin jako konsultanci komputerowi we wrocławskich bibliotekach publicznych/na terenie uczelni (udzielanie wsparcia porad komputerowych mieszkańcom Wrocławia w tym seniorom z Wieży Pokoleń). The main aim of the project is to activate the social and professional group of min.9 graduates of the University and 9 seniors in the period 01.01.2019-30.09.2020 (Kryt.dost.3) and to stimulate educational and cultural activity of at least 180 children and young people from rural communities of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.The next aim is to integrate social activities between generations, dismantling barriers, promotion in rural environments of education and culture, through facilitation of access. Teams in cooperation with children’s guardians (primary school) will determine the schedule of trips, place, time, as far as possible will accompany their groups.Based on the experience of the team (evaluation) there will be prepared recommendations of social intergenerational cooperation, which will be sent to, among others, half a year after the completion of the project to be sent to, among others, 30 org. Graduates who complete the training will work socially at least 50 hours as computer consultants in Wrocław public libraries/in the university (to provide computer advice to residents of Wrocław, including seniors from the Wieża Pokoleń).
