Celem głównym projektu jest dostosowanie efektów kształcenia w obszarze: wiedzy, umiejętności i kompetencji społecznych 100 studentów studiów stacjonarnych II stopnia w dziedzinie nauk biologicznych do wymogów współczesnego rynku pracy, poprzez dostosowanie i realizację programów kształcenia kierunków: biologia, zarządzanie zasobami przyrody, ecology and evolution realizowanych na Wydziale Bologii i Nauk o Ziemi Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Projektem objętych bedzie 100 studentów studiów II stopnia, stacjonarnych, o profilu ogólnoakademickim, na kier: bologia (86os), zarządzanie zasobami przyr (10os), ecology and evolution (4os). Uczestnikami proj będą studenci, którzy chcą kontynuować naukę na studiach II stopnia, przejdą pomyślnie rekrutację, podpiszą umowę oraz oświadczenie dotyczace przystąpienia do projektu. Zadania w projakcie: 1.Dostosowanie i realizacja programu kształcenia kierunku Biologia II stopnia do potrzeb społeczno-gospodarczych. 2.Dostosowanie i realizacja programu kształcenia kierunku zarządzanie zasobami przyrody II stopnia do potrzeb społeczno-gospodarczych. 3.Dostosowanie i realizacja programu kształcenia kierunku ecology and evolution do potrzeb społeczno-gospodarczych. Główne rezultaty: Liczba osób, które podniosły kompetencje w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFS - 100 osób Liczba osób objętych wsparciem EFS w ramach programów kształcenia o profilu ogólnoakademickim lub praktycznym, dostosowanych do potrzeb gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa -100 osób Liczba studentów/ek kierunków UJ II stopnia, którzy w latach 2017 - 2019 podnieśli kompetencje wskazane przez pracodawców 100 osób Liczba zmodernizowanych programów kształcenia - 3 programy kształcenia (Polish)

The main aim of the project is to adapt the learning outcomes in the area of:the knowledge, skills and social competences of 100 university students at a fixed level in the field of life sciences to the requirements of the modern labour market, by adjusting and implementing training programmes:biology, nature management, ecology and evolution of the Faculty of Earth Science and Science of the Jagiellonian University.A project of 100 students of stage II students, fixed, with a general academic profile, for a liqueur:bology (86os), resource management (10os), ecology and evolution (4os).Participants will be students who want to continue their upper secondary education, they will be recruited, signed and signed on to join the project.Tasks in prokeing:1.Adaptation and implementation of the education programme ‘Biologia II’, to the extent of socio-economic needs.2.Adaptation and implementation of the training programme for the management of natural resources at the level of socio-economic need.3.Adaptation and implementation of the training programme.Main results:Number of persons who have increased competence for the activities of universities supported by the ESF — 100 persons Number of persons supported by the ESF in educational or practical training programmes adapted to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society -100 persons Number of students in the UJ II degree who, in the period 2017-2019, have increased the competences indicated by the employers of 100 persons.
