The main objective of the project is to adapt learning outcomes in the area of: knowledge, skills and social competences of 100 second-cycle students in biological sciences to the requirements of the modern labour market, by adapting and implementing curricula: biology, management of natural resources, ecology and evolution carried out at the Faculty of Bology and Earth Sciences of the Jagiellonian University. The project will include 100 second-cycle, full-time students with a general academic profile, for: Bologia (86os), resource management of rar (10os), ecology and evolution (4os).Participants of the project will be students who want to continue their studies in the second degree, successfully recruit, sign a contract and a statement on joining the project. Project tasks: 1.Adjustment and implementation of the curriculum of the second degree Biology to socio-economic needs. 2.Adjustment and implementation of the education programme direction management of second-degree nature resources to socio-economic needs. 3.Adjustment and implementation of the education program ecology and evolution to socio-economic needs. The main results are: Number of persons who have raised competences under ESF-supported university activities – 100 people Number of people supported by the ESF as part of education programmes with general or practical profile, tailored to the needs of the economy, labour market and society -100 persons Number of students/students of upper-level Jagiellonian University who increased the competences indicated by employers in the period 2017-2019 100 persons Number of modernised education programmes – 3 education programmes (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest dostosowanie efektów kształcenia w obszarze: wiedzy, umiejętności i kompetencji społecznych 100 studentów studiów stacjonarnych II stopnia w dziedzinie nauk biologicznych do wymogów współczesnego rynku pracy, poprzez dostosowanie i realizację programów kształcenia kierunków: biologia, zarządzanie zasobami przyrody, ecology and evolution realizowanych na Wydziale Bologii i Nauk o Ziemi Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Projektem objętych bedzie 100 studentów studiów II stopnia, stacjonarnych, o profilu ogólnoakademickim, na kier: bologia (86os), zarządzanie zasobami przyr (10os), ecology and evolution (4os). Uczestnikami proj będą studenci, którzy chcą kontynuować naukę na studiach II stopnia, przejdą pomyślnie rekrutację, podpiszą umowę oraz oświadczenie dotyczace przystąpienia do projektu. Zadania w projakcie: 1.Dostosowanie i realizacja programu kształcenia kierunku Biologia II stopnia do potrzeb społeczno-gospodarczych. 2.Dostosowanie i realizacja programu kształcenia kierunku zarządzanie zasobami przyrody II stopnia do potrzeb społeczno-gospodarczych. 3.Dostosowanie i realizacja programu kształcenia kierunku ecology and evolution do potrzeb społeczno-gospodarczych.
