Celem proj.jest nabycie lub podniesienie kompetencji oczekiwanych przez pracodawców, a tym samym zwiększających szanse na podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 300 studentów (183K, 173M) ostatnich semestrów studiów stacjonarnych I i II stopnia w obszarach kształcenia w zakresie nauk ścisłych i przyrodniczych (4 Wydziały UJ). Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez uzyskanie przez uczestników proj. kompetencji (KRYT. DOSTĘPU 10, 11): - komunikacyjnych, w tym umiejętn. pracy w grupie, interpersonalnych, z zakresu prawa pracy (tzw miękkich) poprzez realizację zajęć warsztatowych (Zad.1) - zawodowych, poprzez realizację certyfikowanych szkoleń i specjalistycznych zajęć warsztatowych (Zad. 2) - w zakresie przedsiębiorczości poprzez realizację zajęć warsztatowych i zadań praktycznych w formie projektowej (Zad. 4) - wszystkie kompetencje kształtowane będą podczas wizyt studyjnych krajowych i zagranicznych (Zad. 3) W ramach Zad. 4 rozwijana będzie współpracą z zagranicznymi podmiotami. Wydatki ponoszone na realiz. proj. nie są przeznaczone na działalność fin. z budżetu państwa na kształc. stud studiów stacj. (KRYT. DOSTĘPU 8). Proj.obejmuje swoim zakresem merytorycznym wyłącznie działania dotyczące kształtowania kompetencji oczekiwanych przez pracodawców od kandydatów do pracy w oparciu o najnowsze badania (KRYT. DOSTĘPU 9): -w publikacji „Kompetencje Polaków a potrzeby polskiej gospodarki”. Raport podsumowujący IV edycję badań BKL z 2013 r. zwraca się szczególną uwagę, że bez względu na kierunek kończonych studiów wśród najważniejszych dla pracodawców kompetencji dominują umiejętności miękkie (społeczne) s. 12. -„Analiza kwalifikacji i kompetencji kluczowych dla zwiększenia szans absolwentów na rynku pracy”, 2014 (AKK): kompetencje interpersonalne oraz samorealizacyjne znajdują się wśród 3 najbardziej pożądanych kompetencji na rynku pracy s.79-87. - stosunkowo najłatwiej pod warunkiem nabycia odpowiednich kompetencji miękkich znajduje się pracę absolwentom kierunków technicz (Polish)

The aim of the project is to acquire or increase the competences expected by employers, thus increasing the chances of employing 300 students (183K, 173M) of the last semesters of full-time studies in the fields of science and natural science (4 Facultys of the Jagiellonian University). The objective will be achieved by acquiring competences by the participants (crit. ACCESS 10, 11): — communication, including skills in group work, interpersonal work in the field of labour law (so-called soft) through the implementation of workshops (Zad.1) – professional, through the implementation of certified trainings and specialised workshops (Zad. 2) – in the field of entrepreneurship through the implementation of workshops and practical tasks in the form of a project (Zad. 4) – all competences will be shaped during study visits in Poland and abroad (Zad. 3) As part of the HR. 4 will be developed in cooperation with foreign entities. Expenditure incurred on the project is not intended for the activity of fin. from the state budget for education. stud of studies. (CIRQUETTE. ACCESS 8). The project covers its substantive scope only activities related to shaping the competences expected by employers from candidates to work on the basis of the latest research (crit. ACCESS 9: —in the publication “The Competences of Poles and the Needs of the Polish Economy”. The report summarising the fourth edition of the 2013 BKL study highlights that soft (social) skills dominated by soft (social) skills, regardless of the course of completed studies. — “Analysis of qualifications and key competences for improving the chances of graduates on the labour market”, 2014 (ACK): interpersonal and self-realisation competences are among the 3 most desirable competences on the labour market, pp. 79-87. — relatively easiest, provided that the necessary soft competences are acquired, the work of graduates of the technical faculties is located (English)
