Cel główny:zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 100os.(60K i 40M)młodych do 29 r.ż w tym ON, w tym w szczególności osób,które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu-tzw. młodzież NEET, w tym 85(51K,34M)os.biernych zaw.nie zarejestrowanych w UP i 15 (9K, 6M) osób bezrobotnych nie zarejestrowanych w UP zamieszkujących na terenie woj. podkarpackiego w myśl przepisów KC) poprzez udział w poradnictwie zawodowym, k ursachi szkoleniach zawodowych, stażach oraz działaniach umożliwiających nabycie elementarnych kompetencji społecznych i pośrednictwie pracyGłówne rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji projektu:- 17% osób niepełnosprawnych uczestników projektu uzyska zatrudnienie lub rozpocznie działalność na własny rachunek po opuszczeniu programu,- 35% uczestników długotrwale bezrobotnych projektu uzyska zatrudnienie lub rozpocznie działalność na własny rachunek po opuszczeniu programu,- 48% uczestników projektu o niskich kwalifikacjach uzyska zatrudnienie lub rozpocznie działalność na własny rachunek po opuszczeniu programu,- 43% uczestników projektu niekwalifikujących się do grupy osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób o niskich kwalifikacjch uzyska zatrudnienie lub rozpocznie działalność na własny rachunek po opuszczeniu programu.Grupa docelowa jest zgodna z SZOOP.Główne zadania: rekrutacja, indywidualne doradztwo zawodowe, warsztaty grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe, szkolenia zawodowe wg. potrzeb, staże zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy.Stowarzyszenie CRAS oświadcza,że projekt realizowany będzie zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020.
