POWIAT NOWOSĄDECKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY DLA POWIATU NOWOSĄDECKIEGO

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w Powiecie Nowosądeckim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez osoby kończące udział w projekcie co najmniej: - 17% dla niepełnosprawnych uczestników projektu, - 35% dla uczestników projektu będących długotrwale bezrobotnymi (wg. definicji przyjętej w PO WER), - 48% dla uczestników projektu o niskich kwalifikacjach (wg. definicji przyjętej w PO WER), - 43% dla uczestników projektu nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z w/w grup. Formy wsparcia (usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy), którymi zostaną objęci uczestnicy projektu będą realizowane zgodnie z przepisami ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Wszyscy uczestnicy projektu zgodnie z posiadanym profilem pomocy (wyłącznie I lub II) oraz potrzebami w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej zostaną objęci co najmniej jedną indywidualną usługą rynku pracy (doradztwem zawodowym lub pośrednictwem pracy) oraz co najmniej jednym instrumentem rynku pracy lub szkoleniem które staną się elementem IPD. Dla osób bez lub o niedostosowanym do potrzeb rynku pracy doświadczeniem zawodowym, zaplanowano staże zawodowe. Dla osób o niedostosowanych do wymagań rynku pracy kwalifikacjach/kompetencjach oraz dla osób pragnących poszerzyć swoje kwalifikacje/kompetencje zaplanowano szkolenia. Dla osób przedsiębiorczych planuje się przyznanie bezzwrotnej dotacji na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej. Dla osób spełniających wymagania rynku pracy przewiduje się wsparcie ułatwiające podjęcie zatrudnienia (w tym również utworzenia dla nich miejsca pracy) w postaci prac interwencyjnych lub bonu na zasiedlenie. Projekt realizowany będzie zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014 – 2020. The main result of the project will be the employment of persons leaving the project at least: — 17 % for disabled project participants, – 35 % for long-term unemployed project participants (according to the definition adopted in PO WER), – 48 % for low-skilled project participants (according to the definition adopted in PO WER), – 43 % for project participants not eligible for any of the above mentioned groups. Forms of support (services and labour market instruments) to be covered by project participants will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Promotion Act and labour market institutions. All project participants in accordance with their support profile (only I or II) and activation needs will be covered by at least one individual labour market service (professional advice or labour-mediation) and at least one labour market instrument or training that will become part of the IPD. Job internships are planned for people without or who are not suited to the needs of the labour market. Training has been planned for people with skills/competences who are not suited to the requirements of the labour market and for those wishing to expand their qualifications/competences.For entrepreneurs, it is planned to grant a non-refundable subsidy to start a business activity. For those who meet the requirements of the labour market, support is provided to facilitate employment (including the creation of jobs for them) in the form of intervention work or a settlement voucher. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving the European Social Fund in the area of the labour market for the period 2014-2020.
