Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności i poprawa jakości zasobów naukowych Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego, oraz zwiększenie możliwości ich ponownego wykorzystania poprzez stworzenie innowacyjnej formuły udostępnienia online zgromadzonych danych, powstałych w wyniku prowadzonych na uczelni prac badawczych, dokumentacyjnych, inwentaryzacyjnych i archiwizacyjnych, które realizowane były w oparciu o zasoby własne uczelni lub w ramach projektów o charakterze działań terenowych na obszarze całego świata. Cel projektu jest zgodny z założeniami Poddziałania 2.3.1 POPC na lata 2014-2020. Projekt przewiduje realizację 8 zadań: budowę zaplecza informatyczno-technicznego dla przechowywania, przetwarzania i udostępniania danych cyfrowych, digitalizację zasobów UWr i zakup sprzętu do digitalizacji, audyt bezpieczeństwa oraz oprogramowania, stworzenie platformy cyfrowej www służącej integracji narzędzi wyszukiwawczych dla udostępnianych elektronicznych zasobów UWr, rozwój zaplecza bazodanowego wraz ze stworzeniem dodatkowych funkcjonalności, adaptację pomieszczeń, realizacja działań informacyjnych i promocyjnych, zakup usług związanych z opracowaniem Studium Wykonalności. Grupy docelowe: naukowcy, nauczyciele akademiccy, studenci, inne podmioty publiczne, edukacyjne, kształcenia, biblioteki, szkoły, przedsiębiorstwa, osoby indywidualne, pasjonaci, hobbyści. Rezultaty projektu: liczba pobrań/odtworzeń dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego oraz liczba wygenerowanych kluczy API. Produkty projektu: liczba podmiotów, które udostępniły on-line informacje sektora publicznego, liczba zdigitalizowanych dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego, liczba udostępnionych on-line dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego, liczba utworzonych API, liczba baz danych udostępnionych on-line poprzez API, rozmiar zdigitalizowanej informacji sektora publicznego, rozmiar udostępnionych on-line informacji sektora publicznego. The aim of the project is to increase the availability and quality of scientific resources of the University of Wrocław, and to increase their re-use by creating an innovative formula for making available online the collected data, created as a result of research, documentation, inventory and archiving works carried out at the university, which were carried out on the basis of the university’s own resources or as part of projects of the nature of field activities throughout the world. The objective of the project is in line with the assumptions of sub-measure 2.3.1 of POPC for the period 2014-2020. The project envisages carrying out 8 tasks: construction of IT and technical facilities for storage, processing and sharing of digital data, digitisation of UWr resources and purchase of digitisation equipment, security audit and software, creation of digital web platform for integration of search tools for the available electronic resources of UWr, development of database facilities, creation of additional functionalities, adaptation of premises, implementation of information and promotion activities, purchase of services related to the development of the feasibility study. Target groups: scientists, academic teachers, students, other public entities, education, education, libraries, schools, businesses, individuals, enthusiasts, hobbyists. Results of the project: number of downloads/playbacks of documents containing public sector information and the number of API keys generated. Products of the project: number of entities that have made public sector information available online, the number of digitised documents containing public sector information, the number of online public sector information documents, the number of APIs created, the number of databases made available online through the API, the size of digitised public sector information, the size of public sector information made available online.
