Celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego przy ul. Kuźniczej 35 we Wrocławiu. Przedmiotowy projekt dotyczy przeprowadzenia kompleksowej termomodernizacji w budynku Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego: Collegium Antropologicum przy ul. Kuźniczej 35 we Wrocławiu. Zakres zaplanowanych prac termomodernizacyjnych wynika z opracowanego na potrzeby projektu audytu ex-ante i obejmuje: docieplenie stropu poddasza, poprawę sprawności systemu ogrzewania, modernizację wentylacji mechanicznej nawiewno-wywiewnej, docieplenie od wewnątrz ścian wnęk okiennych, poprawę sprawności systemu c.w.u., wymianę okien i modernizację drzwi, docieplenie styropianem podłogi na gruncie, docieplenie ścian piwnic. Pozostałe zadania realizowane w ramach projektu to: opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej, opracowanie Studium Wykonalności, audyt ex-ante, audyt ex-post, ekspertyza ornito-chiropterologiczna, nadzór autorski, zarządzanie projektem (wydatek obejmuje koszty osobowe pracowników Wnioskodawcy zaangażowanych w realizację projektu), promocja projektu. The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the Wrocław University building at ul. Forge 35 in Wrocław. This project concerns the implementation of comprehensive thermomodernisation in the building of the University of Wrocław: Collegium Antropologicum at ul. Forge 35 in Wrocław. The scope of planned thermal retrofitting is based on the ex-ante audit developed for the project and includes: warming of the ceiling attic, improving the efficiency of heating system, modernisation of mechanical ventilation and ventilation, warming from inside the walls of window bays, improving the efficiency of the central heating system, replacement of windows and modernisation of doors, polystyrene warming of the floor on the ground, warming of cellar walls. The other tasks carried out under the project are: development of technical documentation, study of feasibility study, ex-ante audit, ex-post audit, ornito-chiropterological expertise, copyright supervision, project management (expenditure includes personnel costs of the Applicant’s employees involved in the implementation of the project), project promotion.
