Celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego przy ul. Kuźniczej 35 we Wrocławiu. Przedmiotowy projekt dotyczy przeprowadzenia kompleksowej termomodernizacji w budynku Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego: Collegium Antropologicum przy ul. Kuźniczej 35 we Wrocławiu. Zakres zaplanowanych prac termomodernizacyjnych wynika z opracowanego na potrzeby projektu audytu ex-ante i obejmuje: docieplenie stropu poddasza, poprawę sprawności systemu ogrzewania, modernizację wentylacji mechanicznej nawiewno-wywiewnej, docieplenie od wewnątrz ścian wnęk okiennych, poprawę sprawności systemu c.w.u., wymianę okien i modernizację drzwi, docieplenie styropianem podłogi na gruncie, docieplenie ścian piwnic. Pozostałe zadania realizowane w ramach projektu to: opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej, opracowanie Studium Wykonalności, audyt ex-ante, audyt ex-post, ekspertyza ornito-chiropterologiczna, nadzór autorski, zarządzanie projektem (wydatek obejmuje koszty osobowe pracowników Wnioskodawcy zaangażowanych w realizację projektu), promocja projektu. The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the building of the University of Wrocław at ul.Forging 35 in Wrocław.The project involves a comprehensive thermal refurbishment of the Wrocław University building:Collegium Anthropologum at ul.Forging 35 in Wrocław.The scope of the planned thermal modernisation work stems from the ex-ante project developed for the purpose of the ex-ante audit and includes:insulation of the ceiling, improvement of the heating system, modernisation of the heating system, modernisation of mechanical ventilation, ventilation insulation from inside the window walls, improving the performance of the heating system, replacement of windows and the upgrading of the door, insulation of the ground floor on the ground, insulation of floor walls on the ground, insulation of floor walls.The other tasks of the project are:the development of technical documentation, the development of a feasibility study, an ex-ante audit, an ex-post audit, expert inquiry, expert inquiry, author’s supervision, project management (expenditure includes personnel costs for the applicant’s staff involved in the project), project promotion.
