Przedmiotem projektu są prace rozwojowe, mające na celu opracowanie, wykonanie, uruchomienie i testy walidacyjne prototypu nowej rodziny rekonfigurowanych, bimodalnych zespołów trakcyjnych do przewozu pasażerów po liniach zelektryfikowanych i niezelektryfikowanych w ruchu międzyregionalnym, regionalnym i aglomeracyjnym. P W ramach projektu opracowana zostanie koncepcja techniczna nowego prototypu rekonfigurowanego zespołu trakcyjnego, przygotowane zostaną szczegółowe założenia techniczne odnośnie podstawowych komponentów wchodzących w skład zespołów trakcyjnych (konstrukcja nośna, elementy jezdne, napęd, sterowanie, systemy bezpieczeństwa itp.). W trakcie prac rozwojowych wykonany zostanie prototyp rekonfigurowanego zespołu trakcyjnego i wykonane zostaną testy walidacyjne prototypu, weryfikujące zgodność z założeniami przyjętymi na etapie prac koncepcyjnych i projektowych. Efektem końcowym projektu będzie innowacja produktowa w skali światowej – nowy rodzaj rodziny rekonfigurowanych zespołów trakcyjnych. Innowacyjna rodzina pojazdów zostanie wdrożona do działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy i uzupełni portfolio produktowe. Oferta Wnioskodawcy zostanie poszerzona o produkt niedostępny obecnie na rynku światowym, ale jednocześnie oczekiwany przez nabywców. Pojazd będzie spełniał wymagania TSI LOC&PAS, TSI NOI, TSI SRT, TSI PRM, TSI CCS. Projekt zrealizowany zostanie przez firmę NEWAG S.A., czołowego producenta taboru kolejowego w Polsce. Część prac rozwojowych w projekcie zostanie powierzona podwykonawcy (podwykonawcom) tj. jednostce naukowej zajmującej się branżą kolejową, która posiada odpowiednią infrastrukturę badawczą i zasoby ludzkie (po przeprowadzeniu procedury wyboru podwykonawcy). Przeznaczenie pom. publ. art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. The subject of the project is development work aimed at the development, execution, commissioning and validation of a prototype of a new family of reconfigured, bimodal traction units for the carriage of passengers on lines electrified and non-electrified in interregional, regional and agglomeration traffic. P As part of the project, the technical concept of a new prototype of reconfigured traction unit will be developed, detailed technical assumptions will be prepared for the basic components included in the traction unit (support structure, driving elements, drive, control, safety systems, etc.). During the development, a prototype of the reconfigured traction unit will be made and validation tests of the prototype will be carried out, verifying compliance with the assumptions adopted at the conceptual and design stage. The final result of the project will be product innovation on a global scale – a new type of family of reconfigured traction units. The innovative vehicle family will be implemented into the business activity of the Applicant and will complement the product portfolio. The applicant’s offer will be extended to include a product not currently available on the world market, but at the same time expected by buyers. The vehicle will comply with the requirements of the LOC TSI, the NOI TSI, the SRT TSI, the PRM TSI, the CCS TSI. The project will be carried out by NEWAG S.A., a leading manufacturer of rolling stock in Poland. Part of the development work in the project will be entrusted to subcontractors (subcontractors) i.e. a research unit dealing with the railway industry, which has adequate research infrastructure and human resources (after the selection procedure of the subcontractor).
