Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie i uruchomienie w firmie Baran – Systemy Ogrodzeniowe nadzorowanej technologii wytwarzania ocynkowanych elementów stalowych malowanych proszkowo. Firma specjalizuje się w produkcji ogrodzeń oraz bram ogrodzeniowych przeznaczonych dla klientów indywidualnych, instytucjonalnych oraz biznesowych. Kilkuletnie doświadczenie, oraz silna konkurencja skłoniły firmę do podjęcia działań ukierunkowanych na podniesienie jakości oferowanych wyrobów, przy jednoczesnym obniżeniu kosztów produkcji. Kluczowym aspektem sprzedaży jest kontrola jakości wyrobu. Aby spełnić rosnące wymagania klientów co do trwałości produktu, firma Baran – Systemy Ogrodzeniowe zdecydowała się opracować kompleksowy system nadzorowania produkcji obejmujący swoim zasięgiem wszystkie procesy jednostkowe, rozpoczynając od planowania produkcji, przez etap przyjmowania dostaw materiałów wsadowych, ich przetwarzanie w operacjach prostowania, zgrzewania, odtłuszczania i malowania z zastosowaniem szczegółowej inspekcji półwyrobów i wyrobów, aż po rygorystyczną kontrolę jakości wyrobu gotowego i kilkuletnią ewaluację produkowanych elementów montowanych u klientów w celu określenia rzeczywistej trwałości produktu. Projekt obejmuje prace związane z opracowaniem systemu eksperckiego, umożliwiającego nadzorowanie procesu wytwarzania na każdym jego etapie. Prowadzone będą również prace nad zautomatyzowanym systemem wizyjnym, dedykowanym inspekcji wyrobów po cynkowaniu oraz po lakierowaniu realizowanej w czasie rzeczywistym. (Polish)

I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The subject of the project is to develop and run at Baran – Fencing systems of supervised technology of manufacturing galvanised steel elements powder coated. The company specialises in the production of fences and fence gates for individual, institutional and business customers. Several years of experience, and strong competition led the company to take action aimed at improving the quality of the products offered, while reducing production costs. The key aspect of sales is the quality control of the product. To meet growing customer requirements for product durability, Baran – The fencing systems have decided to develop a comprehensive production surveillance system covering all individual processes, starting from production planning, through the reception of batch materials, their processing in straightening, welding, degreasing and painting operations with detailed inspection of semi-finished products and products, to rigorous quality control of the finished product and several years of evaluation of manufactured components installed at customers to determine the actual durability of the product. The project includes work related to the development of an expert system enabling the production process to be supervised at each stage. Work will also be carried out on an automated video system, dedicated inspection of products after galvanising and after real-time coating. (English)

Le sujet du projet est le développement et le lancement de Baran – Systèmes de clôture de la technologie supervisée pour la production d’éléments en acier galvanisé enduit de poudre. L’entreprise se spécialise dans la production de clôtures et de barrières pour les clients individuels, institutionnels et commerciaux. Plusieurs années d’expérience et une forte concurrence ont conduit l’entreprise à prendre des mesures visant à améliorer la qualité des produits offerts, tout en réduisant les coûts de production. L’aspect clé des ventes est le contrôle de la qualité des produits. Pour répondre aux demandes croissantes des clients pour la durabilité du produit, Baran – Les systèmes de clôture ont décidé de développer un système complet de supervision de la production couvrant tous les processus individuels, à partir de la planification de la production, jusqu’au stade de la réception des intrants, de leur traitement en opérations de redressement, de soudage, de dégraissage et de peinture avec une inspection détaillée des produits semi-finis et des produits, à un contrôle rigoureux de la qualité du produit fini et plusieurs années d’évaluation des composants manufacturés assemblés auprès des clients afin de déterminer la vraie durabilité du produit. Le projet comprend des travaux liés au développement d’un système expert permettant la supervision du processus de fabrication à chaque étape du projet. Juni 2014 zur Feststellung der Vereinbarkeit bestimmter Gruppen von Beihilfen mit dem Binnenmarkt in Anwendung der Artikel 107 und 108 AEUV (ABl. URZ. EU L 187/1 vom 26.6.2014). Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Entwicklung und Einführung von Baran – Zaunsysteme der überwachten Technologie für die Herstellung von galvanisierten Stahlelementen pulverbeschichtet. Das Unternehmen ist spezialisiert auf die Herstellung von Zäunen und Zauntoren für individuelle, institutionelle und geschäftliche Kunden. Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung und starker Wettbewerb führten dazu, dass das Unternehmen Maßnahmen ergriffen hat, um die Qualität der angebotenen Produkte zu verbessern und gleichzeitig die Produktionskosten zu senken. Der wesentliche Aspekt des Verkaufs ist die Produktqualitätskontrolle. Het onderwerp van het project is de ontwikkeling en lancering van Baran – Omheining systemen van gecontroleerde technologie voor de productie van gegalvaniseerde stalen elementen gepoedercoat. Oggetto del progetto è lo sviluppo e il lancio di Baran – Sistemi di recinzione di tecnologia supervisionata per la produzione di elementi in acciaio zincato verniciato a polvere. L'azienda è specializzata nella produzione di recinzioni e cancelli per clienti individuali, istituzionali e aziendali. Diversi anni di esperienza e forte concorrenza hanno portato l'azienda ad agire per migliorare la qualità dei prodotti offerti, riducendo nel contempo i costi di produzione. L'aspetto chiave delle vendite è il controllo qualità del prodotto. Per soddisfare le crescenti richieste dei clienti di durata del prodotto, Baran – I sistemi di recinzione hanno deciso di sviluppare un sistema completo di supervisione della produzione che copra tutti i singoli processi, a partire dalla pianificazione della produzione, fino alla fase di ricezione delle forniture di input, alla loro lavorazione in operazioni di raddrizzamento, saldatura, sgrassaggio e verniciatura con un'ispezione dettagliata dei semilavorati e dei prodotti, al rigoroso controllo qualità del prodotto finito e diversi anni di valutazione dei componenti fabbricati assemblati presso i clienti per determinare la reale durata del prodotto. El objeto del proyecto es el desarrollo y lanzamiento de Baran – Sistemas de valla de tecnología supervisada para la producción de elementos de acero galvanizado recubiertos en polvo. La empresa se especializa en la producción de vallas y vallas para clientes individuales, institucionales y empresariales. Varios años de experiencia y fuerte competencia llevaron a la empresa a tomar medidas encaminadas a mejorar la calidad de los productos ofrecidos, reduciendo al mismo tiempo los costes de producción. El aspecto clave de las ventas es el control de calidad del producto. Para satisfacer las crecientes demandas de los clientes para la durabilidad del producto, Baran – Los Fence Systems decidieron desarrollar un sistema integral de supervisión de la producción que abarque todos los procesos individuales, desde la planificación de la producción, pasando por la etapa de recepción de insumos, su procesamiento en operaciones de enderezado, soldadura, desengrasado y pintura con una inspección detallada de productos y productos semiacabados, hasta un riguroso control de calidad del producto acabado y varios años de evaluación de los componentes fabricados ensamblados a los clientes para determinar la verdadera durabilidad del producto.
