Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X)Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie i uruchomienie w firmie Baran – Systemy Ogrodzeniowe nadzorowanej technologii wytwarzania ocynkowanych elementów stalowych malowanych proszkowo. Firma specjalizuje się w produkcji ogrodzeń oraz bram ogrodzeniowych przeznaczonych dla klientów indywidualnych, instytucjonalnych oraz biznesowych. Kilkuletnie doświadczenie, oraz silna konkurencja skłoniły firmę do podjęcia działań ukierunkowanych na podniesienie jakości oferowanych wyrobów, przy jednoczesnym obniżeniu kosztów produkcji. Kluczowym aspektem sprzedaży jest kontrola jakości wyrobu. Aby spełnić rosnące wymagania klientów co do trwałości produktu, firma Baran – Systemy Ogrodzeniowe zdecydowała się opracować kompleksowy system nadzorowania produkcji obejmujący swoim zasięgiem wszystkie procesy jednostkowe, rozpoczynając od planowania produkcji, przez etap przyjmowania dostaw materiałów wsadowych, ich przetwarzanie w operacjach prostowania, zgrzewania, odtłuszczania i malowania z zastosowaniem szczegółowej inspekcji półwyrobów i wyrobów, aż po rygorystyczną kontrolę jakości wyrobu gotowego i kilkuletnią ewaluację produkowanych elementów montowanych u klientów w celu określenia rzeczywistej trwałości produktu. Projekt obejmuje prace związane z opracowaniem systemu eksperckiego, umożliwiającego nadzorowanie procesu wytwarzania na każdym jego etapie. Prowadzone będą również prace nad zautomatyzowanym systemem wizyjnym, dedykowanym inspekcji wyrobów po cynkowaniu oraz po lakierowaniu realizowanej w czasie rzeczywistym. (Polish)

I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The subject of the project is to develop and run at Baran – Fencing systems of supervised technology of manufacturing galvanised steel elements powder coated. The company specialises in the production of fences and fence gates for individual, institutional and business customers. Several years of experience, and strong competition led the company to take action aimed at improving the quality of the products offered, while reducing production costs. The key aspect of sales is the quality control of the product. To meet growing customer requirements for product durability, Baran – The fencing systems have decided to develop a comprehensive production surveillance system covering all individual processes, starting from production planning, through the reception of batch materials, their processing in straightening, welding, degreasing and painting operations with detailed inspection of semi-finished products and products, to rigorous quality control of the finished product and several years of evaluation of manufactured components installed at customers to determine the actual durability of the product. The project includes work related to the development of an expert system enabling the production process to be supervised at each stage. Work will also be carried out on an automated video system, dedicated inspection of products after galvanising and after real-time coating. (English)
