W ramach projektu planuje się opracować kompletny system dystrybucji/wymiany butli gazowych wraz z rozbudowanym modułem bezpieczeństwa i zużycia gazu online oraz aplikacji użytkownika. System składać się będzie z: - technologii, w ramach której za pomocą innowacyjnego czujnika monitorowana będzie temperatura i stan zapełnienia butli, a w przypadku wykrycia rozszczelnienia automatycznie wysyłany będzie alert do użytkownika; system, na podstawie agregowanych danych o nabywanych butlach, tworzył będzie mapy rzeczywistego popytu, pozwalając na ekonomiczne zaplanowanie systemu dostaw dystrybutorom butli gazowych; - urządzenia – butlomatu niezależnego energetycznie tj. wyposażonego we własne źródło zasilania (panele fotowoltaiczne); mobilnego i modułowego; konstrukcja urządzenia pozwalać będzie na jego szybkie i niskokosztowe relokowanie w miejsca o większym popycie, które zostaną zidentyfikowane dzięki ww technologii agregacji danych; - aplikacji użytkownika, która - dzięki integracji z czujnikiem monitorowania poziomu gazu - informować będzie użytkownika i dystrybutora o poziomie gazu w butli, w tym o przypadkach rozszczelnienia butli, umożliwiać rezerwację butli, a także znalezienie najbliższego butlomatu. W ramach projektu planuje się 2 etapy prac rozwojowych oraz etap prac przedwdrożeniowych, w wyniku których możliwe będzie wdrożenie w Spółce nowego produktu (mobilnego butlomatu z rozwiniętym systemem bezpieczeństwa) i zaoferowanie go na rynku. Produkt stanowi odpowiedź na zidentyfikowane potrzeby klientów w zakresie redukcji kosztów prowadzenia działalności, zagęszczenia sieci obsługi i uniezależnienia od dostępności i sprawności pracy partnerów lokalnych sprzedających butle (np. sklepów, stacji benzynowych). The project plans to develop a complete system of distribution/exchange of gas cylinders together with an extensive module of security and consumption of gas online and user applications. The system will consist of: — a technology whereby the temperature and filling state of the cylinder will be monitored using an innovative sensor, and if leakage is detected, an alert will be sent to the user automatically; the system, on the basis of aggregated data on purchased cylinders, will create maps of real demand, allowing for economic planning of the supply system for gas cylinder distributors; — devices – an energy independent bottle, i.e. equipped with own power supply (PV panels); mobile and modular; the design of the device will allow its rapid and low-cost relocation in places with higher demand, which will be identified through the data aggregation technology; — the user’s application, which, thanks to the integration with the gas monitoring sensor, will inform the user and distributor about the level of gas in the cylinder, including the leakage of the cylinders, enable the booking of cylinders, as well as finding the nearest bottle. As part of the project, 2 stages of development and pre-implementation work are planned, as a result of which it will be possible to implement a new product (mobile bottle with developed safety system) and offer it on the market. The product responds to the identified customer needs in terms of reducing operating costs, congestion of the service network and decoupling the availability and efficiency of local partners selling cylinders (e.g. shops, petrol stations). Le projet prévoit de mettre au point un système complet de distribution et d’échange pour les bouteilles de gaz ainsi qu’un vaste module de sécurité pour la consommation de gaz en ligne et les applications utilisateur. Le système consistera en: — une technologie qui surveille la température et l’état de remplissage du cylindre à l’aide d’un capteur innovant, et si une déflexion est détectée, une alerte sera automatiquement envoyée à l’utilisateur; le système, sur la base de données agrégées sur les bouteilles achetées, établira des cartes de la demande réelle, permettant la planification économique du système d’approvisionnement des distributeurs de bouteilles à gaz; — dispositifs – un cylindre indépendant, c’est-à-dire équipé de sa propre source d’énergie (panneaux photovoltaïques); mobile et modulaire; la conception de l’appareil permettra de le déplacer rapidement et à faible coût dans des lieux où la demande est plus élevée, ce qui sera déterminé par la technologie d’agrégation des données susmentionnée; — L’application utilisateur, qui, grâce à l’intégration avec le capteur de contrôle de niveau de gaz, informera l’utilisateur et le distributeur du niveau de gaz dans la bouteille, y compris les cas d’étanchéité des bouteilles, permet de réserver des bouteilles, ainsi que de trouver le cylindre le plus proche. Dans le cadre du projet, deux phases de développement et de pré-mise en œuvre sont prévues, ce qui permettra de mettre en œuvre un nouveau produit (cylindre mobile avec système de sécurité développé) et de l’offrir sur le marché. Le produit répond aux besoins identifiés des clients en termes de réduction des coûts d’exploitation, de densité du réseau de services et de découplage de la disponibilité et de l’efficacité du travail des partenaires locaux vendant des bouteilles (par exemple, magasins, stations-service). Das Projekt plant die Entwicklung eines kompletten Verteiler-/Austauschsystems für Gasflaschen sowie ein umfangreiches Sicherheitsmodul für den Online-Gasverbrauch und Anwenderanwendungen. Das System besteht aus: — eine Technologie, die die Temperatur und den Füllzustand des Zylinders mit Hilfe eines innovativen Sensors überwacht, und wenn Ablenkung erkannt wird, wird automatisch eine Warnung an den Benutzer gesendet; das System wird auf der Grundlage aggregierter Daten zu gekauften Zylindern Karten der tatsächlichen Nachfrage erstellen, die eine wirtschaftliche Planung des Versorgungssystems für Gasflaschenverteiler ermöglichen; — Geräte – einen unabhängigen Zylinder, d. h. mit einer eigenen Energiequelle (Photovoltaikpaneele); mobil und modular; die Konstruktion des Geräts ermöglicht eine rasche und kostengünstige Verlagerung an Orte mit höherer Nachfrage, die durch die oben genannte Datenaggregationtechnologie ermittelt werden; — Benutzeranwendung, die dank der Integration mit dem Gaspegelüberwachungssensor den Benutzer und den Verteiler über den Gaspegel im Zylinder informiert, einschließlich Flaschendichtungen, ermöglicht es, Zylinder zu buchen und den nächsten Zylinder zu finden. Im Rahmen des Projekts sind zwei Entwicklungs- und Vor-Umsetzungsarbeiten geplant, wodurch ein neues Produkt (Mobilzylinder mit einem entwickelten Sicherheitssystem) im Unternehmen implementiert und auf dem Markt angeboten werden kann. Das Produkt entspricht den ermittelten Bedürfnissen der Kunden in Bezug auf die Senkung der Betriebskosten, die Dichte des Servicenetzes und die Entkopplung von der Verfügbarkeit und Effizienz der Arbeit lokaler Partner, die Zylinder (z. Het project is van plan een compleet distributie-/uitwisselingssysteem voor gasflessen te ontwikkelen, samen met een uitgebreide veiligheidsmodule voor online gasverbruik en gebruikerstoepassingen. Het systeem bestaat uit: een technologie die de temperatuur en vultoestand van de cilinder controleert met behulp van een innovatieve sensor, en als vervorming wordt gedetecteerd, zal een waarschuwing automatisch naar de gebruiker worden verzonden; het systeem zal, op basis van geaggregeerde gegevens over aangekochte cilinders, kaarten van de werkelijke vraag creëren, zodat het voorzieningssysteem voor gascilinderdistributeurs economisch kan worden gepland; — apparaten – een onafhankelijke cilinder, d.w.z. uitgerust met een eigen krachtbron (fotovoltaïsche panelen); mobiel en modulair; het ontwerp van het hulpmiddel zal een snelle en goedkope verhuizing naar plaatsen met een hogere vraag mogelijk maken, die aan de hand van de bovengenoemde technologie voor gegevensaggregatie zal worden geïdentificeerd; — gebruikerstoepassing, die, dankzij de integratie met de sensor van het gasniveaucontrole, de gebruiker en de verdeler zal informeren over het gasniveau in de cilinder, met inbegrip van gevallen van flessenafdichting, het mogelijk maakt om cilinders te boeken, evenals de dichtstbijzijnde cilinder te vinden. In het kader van het project zijn twee fasen van ontwikkeling en pre-implementatie gepland, waardoor het mogelijk is een nieuw product (mobiele cilinder met een ontwikkeld veiligheidssysteem) in de onderneming te implementeren en op de markt aan te bieden. Het product beantwoordt aan de vastgestelde behoeften van de klanten op het gebied van vermindering van de exploitatiekosten, dichtheid van het dienstennetwerk en ontkoppeling van de beschikbaarheid en efficiëntie van de werkzaamheden van lokale partners die cilinders verkopen (bv. winkels, benzinestations).
