Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Głównym celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac badawczo-rozwojowych, których rezultatem będzie zaprojektowanie, opracowanie i wdrożenie platformy sprzętowo-programowej CUBE wraz z wbudowanym protokołem komunikacyjnym z różnymi rodzajami urządzeń. Rezultaty projektu będą stanowić odpowiedź na problemy rynkowe, które nie zostały dotychczas rozwiązane. CUBE będzie rozwiązaniem kompleksowym i bardziej wszechstronnym od najlepszych rozwiązań rynkowych. Pozwoli na dostarczenie zaawansowanych mechanizmów pozyskiwania i przetwarzania danych transakcyjnych pochodzących z różnych źródeł m.in. poprzez częściowe lub całkowite zastąpienie prostego druku paragonów i zbierania ich dla celów ewentualnej reklamacji. Główne funkcjonalności będą dotyczyły wymiany punktów lojalnościowych z portfela klienta (giełda punktów lojalnościowych) oraz architektury logicznej i procesowej umożliwiającej generowanie syntetycznego indeksu jakości CUBE – łączącego informacje o ocenach i opiniach na temat danego produktu/usługi z danymi rzeczywistymi opisującymi zwroty i reklamacje. Tego typu zmiany stają się wymagane coraz bardziej przez podlegający cyfryzacji rynek. Unikalna będzie również metoda komunikacji, tj. nowy protokół komunikacyjny pomiędzy kostką (CUBE) a różnymi rodzajami mediów. Sposób transmisji danych będzie łączył szyfrowanie i różne rodzaje urządzeń (komputer-kasa, kostka do urządzeń mobilnych pośrednicząca między urządzeniem mobilnym a komputerem) przy wykorzystaniu różnych protokołów – bez konieczności uruchamiania tylko jednego z nich przez Klienta. Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The main objective of the project is to carry out research and development, which will result in the design, development and implementation of the CUBE hardware and software platform together with a built-in communication protocol with different types of equipment. The results of the project will respond to market problems that have not yet been resolved. Cube will be a comprehensive and more versatile solution than the best market solutions. It will provide advanced mechanisms for obtaining and processing transaction data from various sources, including partial or complete replacement of simple receipt printing and collecting them for possible complaint purposes. The main features will be the exchange of loyalty points from the customer portfolio (loyalty points exchange) and the logical and process architecture to generate a synthetic CUBE quality index – combining information on assessments and opinions on a given product/service with real data describing returns and complaints. Such changes are becoming increasingly required by the digitalised market. The communication method will also be unique, i.e. a new communication protocol between the cube (CUBE) and various types of media. The mode of data transmission will combine encryption and different types of devices (computer-cass, cube for mobile devices intermediary between the mobile device and the computer) using various protocols – without the need to run only one of them by the Customer. Reference_Aid_programme: SA.41471(2015/X) But_public_aid: Article 25 du règlement (CE) no 651/2014 du 17 juin 2014 déclarant certaines catégories d’aides compatibles avec le marché intérieur en application des articles 107 et 108 du traité (JO URZ. EU L 187/1 du 26.6.2014). L’objectif principal du projet est de mener des travaux de recherche et de développement qui déboucheront sur la conception, le développement et la mise en œuvre de la plate-forme matérielle et logicielle CUBE ainsi qu’un protocole de communication intégré avec différents types d’appareils. Les résultats du projet répondront à des problèmes de marché qui n’ont pas encore été résolus. Cube sera une solution complète et plus polyvalente que les meilleures solutions de marché. Il permettra de mettre en place des mécanismes avancés pour l’obtention et le traitement des données relatives aux transactions provenant de diverses sources, y compris par le remplacement partiel ou complet des reçus d’impression simples et leur collecte aux fins d’éventuelles plaintes. Les principales fonctionnalités seront l’échange de points de fidélité du portefeuille du client (échange de points de fidélité) et l’architecture logique et de processus permettant la génération d’un indice de qualité synthétique CUBE – combiner l’information sur les notations et les opinions sur un produit ou service donné avec des données réelles décrivant les retours et les plaintes. De tels changements sont de plus en plus nécessaires par le marché numérisé. La méthode de communication sera également unique, c’est-à-dire un nouveau protocole de communication entre le cube (CUBE) et divers types de médias. La méthode de transmission des données combinera le cryptage et différents types d’appareils (ordinateur-caisse, cube mobile entre appareil mobile et ordinateur) à l’aide de divers protocoles – sans avoir besoin d’exécuter un seul d’entre eux par le client.
