W celu ominięcia zakazów prawnych, w ostatnich latach dzięki zastosowaniu ukierunkowanej syntezy chemicznej grupy przestępcze wprowadzają na rynek coraz to nowe substancje, w Polsce nazywane "dopalaczami", ukrywając pod ich nazwą prawdziwą naturę tych związków. Związki te mogą być identyfikowane w specjalistycznych laboratoriach, lecz wymykają się z prostych testów ulicznych. Najtrudniejsza jest jednak diagnostyka zatruć i groźnych stanów odurzenia, wywołanego zażywaniem dopalaczy. Zidentyfikowane przypadki zgonów, ciężkich zatruć czy przestępstw popełnionych pod wpływem i z użyciem dopalaczy, z powodu braku narzędzi diagnostycznych, nie oddają rzeczywistej skali zjawiska. Kontakt z dopalaczami jest dla wielu młodych ludzi wejściem w jednokierunkową drogę narkomanii, której początek bardzo trudno zdiagnozować. Celem projektu jest opracowanie Next Generation Drug Clear Test - usługi szybkiego, czułego i pewnego wykrywania substancji psychoaktywnych, w tym dopalaczy w krwi, moczu i włosach dla potrzeb wczesnej diagnostyki kontaktu z narkotykami, identyfikacji przyczyn zatruć, walki z przestępczością narkotykową i identyfikacji zagrożeń drogowych. Test będzie się opierał na szybkiej i uniwersalnej ekstrakcji z materiału biologicznego narkotyków, leków i dopalaczy oraz innowacyjnym badaniu instrumentalnym z wykorzystaniem najnowszych, najbardziej czułych i pewnych metod do ich identyfikacji i oznaczania ilościowego. art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. In order to circumvent the legal prohibitions, in recent years the use of targeted chemical synthesis has led to the placing on the market of new substances, known as ‘legal highs’, in Poland, by hiding under their name the true nature of these compounds.They can be identified in specialised laboratories but are eluted from simple street tests.However, it is the most difficult to diagnose poisoning and dangerous situations of intoxication, caused by the use of legal highs.Due to a lack of diagnostic tools, the identified cases of deaths, serious poisonings, violent poisoning and legal highs do not reflect the actual scale of the phenomenon.Contact with legal highs is in many young people entering a one-way drug route, which is very difficult to diagnose.The project aims to develop a Next Generation Clear Test, a fast, sensitive and certain detection service for psychoactive substances, including legal highs in blood, urine and hair for the purpose of early diagnosis of drug contact, identification of causes of poisoning, fight against drug crime and identification of road hazards.The test will be based on the rapid and universal extraction of biological drugs, medicines and legal highs and an innovative instrumental test using the most recent and sensitive methods and methods to identify and quantify them.
