Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The project will consist of developing a device for measuring media flow on industrial buses, based on the Applicant’s concept, submitted for patent on 24 May 2013 (notification No: 404055. The creators of the solution are Ryszard Kończal, Andrzej Maciaszek and Michał Rudnicki, who will be involved in research work carried out within the project. The implementation of the project will allow to meet the needs of the target market participants, who expect the possibility of replacing the measuring orifice without having to close and start a large part of the pipeline. This was made possible by applying and using the properties of the ball valve. The following tasks will be carried out as part of the project: 1) elaboration of construction drawings and technical-motor documentation, 2) making a prototype according to technical documentation, 3) carrying out model stress tests and tests, 4) tests of developed prototypes under operational conditions, 5) obtaining certificates allowing the device for commercial use. A qualified and experienced team will ensure proper implementation of each phase and individual tasks, including: Prof. A. Cenian, Prof. M. Trela, Dr. M. Lackowski and the creators of the inventions A. Maciaszek, M. Rudnicki and R. Kończal. The relevant infrastructure, research equipment and human resources will also be provided by a key subcontractor in the project – Institute of Flow Machines of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Realizacja projektu pozwoli na zaspokojenie potrzeb uczestników rynku docelowego, którzy oczekują możliwości wymiany kryzy pomiarowej bez konieczności zamykania i rozkręcania dużej części rurociągu. Stało się to możliwe dzięki zastosowaniu i wykorzystaniu właściwości zaworu kulowego. W ramach realizacji projektu zostaną zrealizowane następujące zadania: 1) opracowanie rysunków konstrukcyjnych oraz dokumentacji techniczno–ruchowej, 2) wykonanie prototypu według dokumentacji technicznej, 3) przeprowadzenie badań i prób wytrzymałościowych modelu, 4) testy opracowanych prototypów w warunkach operacyjnych, 5) uzyskanie certyfikatów dopuszczających urządzenie do komercyjnego wykorzystania. Właściwą realizację każdego z etapów oraz poszczególnych zadań zapewni wykwalifikowany i doświadczony zespół m.in.: prof. A. Cenian, prof. M. Trela, dr M. Lackowski oraz twórcy wynalazku A. Maciaszek, M. Rudnicki i R. Kończal. Odpowiednią infrastrukturę, aparaturę badawczą i zasoby ludzkie zapewni także kluczowy podwykonawca w projekcie – Instytut Maszyn Przepływowych PAN. (Polish)
