Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Obecnie rynek zarządzania nieruchomościami napędzany jest przepisami UE narzucającymi standardy efektywności energetycznej i ochrony środowiska oraz dążeniem do ograniczenia kosztów i optymalizacji wydajności. Można przy tym zaobserwować charakterystyczne dla przemysłu światowego i europejskiego w epoce transformacji cyfrowej radykalne zmiany w odniesieniu do tworzenia wartości dodanej w obszarze zarządzania obiektami. Typowe źródła dochodu takie jak naprawy, interwencje lub bieżąca konserwacja są stopniowo zastępowane przez automatyzację i cyfryzację. Aby sprostać tym wyzwaniom, SESCOM zamierza wprowadzić innowacje technologiczną w usługach i organizacji poprzez udostępnienie najnowocześniejszej platformy Business Intelligence i zaawansowanej analizy danych, wprowadzając na rynek pakiet oprogramowania do transmisji danych w zakresie zarządzania obiektem handlowym i przyjęcia modelu biznesowego opartego na danych oraz przekształcenia firmy w przedsiębiorstwo oparte na danych z odpowiednimi politykami i standardami zarządzania. Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). Today, the real estate management market is driven by EU legislation imposing energy efficiency and environmental standards and efforts to reduce costs and optimise efficiency. At the same time, radical changes in the creation of added value in the area of site management can be observed in the context of global and European industry in the age of digital transformation. Typical sources of income such as repairs, interventions or current maintenance are gradually replaced by automation and digitisation. In order to meet these challenges, SESCOM intends to introduce technological innovations in services and organisations by providing the state-of-the-art Business Intelligence platform and advanced data analysis, launching a commercial facility management software package and adopting a data-based business model and transforming the company into a data-based enterprise with relevant management policies and standards. Aujourd’hui, le marché de la gestion immobilière est guidé par la législation de l’UE imposant des normes en matière d’efficacité énergétique et d’environnement et s’efforçant de réduire les coûts et d’optimiser l’efficacité. Il y a des changements spectaculaires dans la création de valeur ajoutée dans le domaine de la gestion des installations, caractéristiques de l’industrie mondiale et européenne à l’ère de la transformation numérique. Les sources de revenus typiques, telles que les réparations, les interventions ou la maintenance en cours, sont progressivement remplacées par l’automatisation et la numérisation. Pour relever ces défis, SESCOM a l’intention d’introduire des innovations technologiques dans les services et les organisations en fournissant une plate-forme Business Intelligence de pointe et des analyses de données avancées, en lançant un ensemble de logiciels de transmission de données pour la gestion des installations commerciales, en adoptant un modèle d’entreprise basé sur les données et en transformant l’entreprise en une entreprise fondée sur les données avec des politiques et des normes de gestion appropriées.
