Předmětem projektu je vytvoření jednotné metodiky modelování staveb založené na principech Building Information Modelling (BIM) včetně návrhu technického normativu pro projektování, výstavbu a správu staveb v majetku státu. Užitím této metodiky dojde ke snížení nákladů při přípravě a realizaci a především při správě stávajících i nových staveb v majetku státu, který je největším majitelem a správcem majetku. (Czech)

The subject of the project is the creation of a common building modelling methodology based on the Building Information Modelling (BIM), including a draft technical specification for the design, construction and management of the construction works in the property of the State. The use of this methodology will reduce the costs of preparation and implementation, and in particular the management of existing and new structures in the property of the State, which is the most beneficial owner and asset manager.
