Předmětem projektu je vytvoření jednotné metodiky modelování staveb založené na principech Building Information Modelling (BIM) včetně návrhu technického normativu pro projektování, výstavbu a správu staveb v majetku státu. Užitím této metodiky dojde ke snížení nákladů při přípravě a realizaci a především při správě stávajících i nových staveb v majetku státu, který je největším majitelem a správcem majetku. (Czech)

The subject of the project is the creation of a uniform methodology for modelling of buildings based on the principles of Building Information Modelling (BIM) including the design of technical normative for design, construction and management of buildings owned by the state. The use of this methodology will reduce the costs of preparation and implementation and especially in the management of existing and new buildings owned by the state, which is the largest owner and administrator of the property. Le projet a pour objet la création d’une méthodologie uniforme de modélisation des bâtiments fondée sur les principes de la modélisation de l’information sur le bâtiment (BIM), y compris la conception de normes techniques pour la conception, la construction et l’administration des bâtiments appartenant à l’État. L’utilisation de cette méthodologie permettra de réduire les coûts de préparation et de mise en œuvre et, en particulier, de gestion des bâtiments existants et neufs dans le bien public, qui est le plus grand propriétaire et administrateur des actifs. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Schaffung einer einheitlichen Methodik für die Modellierung von Gebäuden auf der Grundlage der Grundsätze der Gebäudeinformationsmodellierung (BIM), einschließlich der Gestaltung technischer Normen für die Planung, den Bau und die Verwaltung von Gebäuden im Eigentum des Staates. Durch die Anwendung dieser Methode werden die Kosten bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung und insbesondere bei der Verwaltung bestehender und neuer Gebäude im Staatseigentum, dem größten Eigentümer und Verwalter von Vermögenswerten, gesenkt. Het gebruik van deze methode zal de kosten bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering verminderen, met name voor het beheer van bestaande en nieuwe gebouwen in het staatseigendom, de grootste eigenaar en beheerder van activa. Oggetto del progetto è la creazione di una metodologia uniforme per la modellazione degli edifici basata sui principi di Building Information Modelling (BIM), compresa la progettazione di norme tecniche per la progettazione, la costruzione e l'amministrazione di edifici di proprietà dello Stato. L'utilizzo di questa metodologia ridurrà i costi di preparazione e di attuazione, in particolare per quanto riguarda la gestione di edifici esistenti e nuovi nella proprietà statale, che è il più grande proprietario e amministratore delle attività.
