“Rodina-Haskovo” AD is a leader in the manufacture of machines and equipment for the food and wine industry in Bulgaria and Europe. Currently the LB company is suffering by using old and uneffective methods of heating its production premises. This is affecting the employees and the production capacity. The idea is to create a comfortable working environment in the old production hall, for which it will be built radiant (panel) heating on natural gas. This heating is highly efficient and without emission of harmful emissions. At the moment the heating is done with local wood stoves, which is not effective and smokes the room.Though the project, the company will implement at its premises a new panel heating and concrete construction, improving the working conditions in order to be suitable for all year round activities, which will significantly increase the production capacity. The PB - Gerontidia A. & Co. will set up a 500 KW photovoltaic station in Neochori, Orestiada. The shareholders of the company have already begun the licensing procedures and they have already received two basic licenses. The investment plan aims at: 1. Introducing a new service of the two enterprises by incorporating new technology; 2. improving service quality for both enterprises by increasing the technological content of the service; 3. reducing service and production costs; 4. Introduction of efficient marketing systems through the planned joint certification of quality management systems and joint marketing plans of the partners. (English)
