С настоящото проектно предложение ще бъде удовлетворена потребността от осигуряване на адекватни механизми за превенция на професионалните и здравни рискове в ЕЛИКА-ЕЛЕВАТОР ООД.Цели които проекта поставя са:- подобряване качеството на работните места и да се удължи трудовия живот на по-възрастните работници и служители (над 54г.) чрез въвеждане на иновативни организационни модели- оптимизиране работните процеси и други практики за по-лесно съвместяване на професионалния и личния живот - намаляване негативния ефект върху околната среда и повиши производителността на труда чрез създаване на условия за по-рационално използване на ресурсите на дружеството;- закупуване на специално работно облекло, лични предпазни средства и колективни предпазни средства с оглед постигане още по-добра от съществуващата защита за рисковете, идентифицирани в оценката на риска на предприятието;- повишаване мотивацията и удовлетвореността на заетите, както и качеството на живот и труд в предприятието чрез осигуряване на конкретни мерки за достъпност на лица с увреждания.Избраната целева група включва всички 96 служители, като лицата над 54 г., включени в проекта са 18 души, 33 служители са с деца до 18г., 15 служители с деца до 7г, 3 служители с увреждане, 6 служители са студенти. Включените в проекта дейности ще подобрят условията на труд и качеството на работните места за тези лица и ще окажат и пряко влияние върху нарастване на тяхната ангажираност. По проекта са предвидени дейности по организация и управление, информиране и публичност, както и дейности свързани с въвеждане на система за развитие на човешките ресурси, закупуване на лични предпазни средства и специално работно облекло, средства за колективна защита и осигуряване на достъп на хора с увреждания. В резултат от изпълнение на проекта ще се повиши ефективността на производството и производителността на труда, както и качеството на крайните продукти. (Bulgarian)
