Le contexte socio-économique et les diverses réformes relatives à l'IAE ces dernières années imposent aux SIAE de s'assurer de toujours plus d'activités économique et de l'amélioration continue des parcours proposés pour atteindre leur double objectif social et économique. Les coûts engendrés par une prise en charge en interne des fonctions de développement d'activités et de projets d'ingénierie de parcours ne pourraient être supportés par les SIAE compte-tenu de leur taille modeste. De ce fait, les structures creusoises privilégient une démarche collective et de mutualisation à travers le Réseau. A la recherche d'un modèle économique viable et dans un souci d'optimisation des ressources et du dispositif IAE sur le territoire, le Réseau poursuit sa restructuration, s'affirmant ainsi comme un acteur de l'Economie Sociale et Solidaire. Le projet 2020 s’articulera autour des 3 axes suivants : * Fiche action 1 : Qualité des Parcours * Fiche action 2 : Développement et Innovation * Fiche action 3 : Pilotage de l’action et suivi FSE Pour la mise en œuvre de ce projet, le Réseau s’appuiera sur 2 ETP : * Une chargée de mission Coordination et Qualité des Parcours (déjà en poste)- fiche 1 et 3 * Une chargée de mission Développement et d’Innovation (déjà en poste) - fiches 2 et 3 Le pilotage de l’action sera effectué par une instance composée de la gouvernance, de l’Etat (UD23 DIRECCTE -DDCSPP), du Conseil Régional, du Conseil Départemental et autres financeurs. Ce comité de pilotage se réunira 2 fois par an. (French)

The socio-economic context and the various EIA reforms in recent years require SIAEs to ensure ever more economic activities and to continuously improve the pathways proposed to achieve their twofold social and economic objective. The costs of in-house support for the development of career engineering activities and projects cannot be borne by SIAEs given their small size. As a result, the creusian structures favour a collective approach and mutualisation through the Network. In the search for a viable economic model and with a view to optimising resources and the IAE system in the territory, the Network is continuing its restructuring, thereby affirming itself as an actor in the Social and Solidarity Economy. The 2020 project will be structured around the following three axes: * Action sheet 1: Quality of Courses * Action Sheet 2: Development and Innovation * Action Sheet 3: Steering the action and ESF monitoring For the implementation of this project, the Network will rely on 2 FTEs: * One in charge of Coordination and Quality of Courses (already in post) — sheet 1 and 3 * A Development and Innovation Officer (already in post) — fact sheets 2 and 3 The action will be managed by a body composed of governance, the State (UD23 DIRECCTE -DDCSPP), the Regional Council, the Departmental Council and other funders. Der sozioökonomische Kontext und die verschiedenen Reformen im Bereich der IAE in den letzten Jahren machen es erforderlich, dass die SIAE immer mehr wirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten ausüben und die vorgeschlagenen Wege kontinuierlich verbessern, um ihr doppeltes soziales und wirtschaftliches Ziel zu erreichen. Die Kosten, die durch die interne Übernahme der Funktionen der Entwicklung von Tätigkeiten und Projekten im Bereich der Laufbahnentwicklung entstehen, könnten von den SIAE angesichts ihrer geringen Größe nicht getragen werden. Aus diesem Grund bevorzugen die Gletscherstrukturen einen kollektiven Ansatz und die Bündelung durch das Netz. Auf der Suche nach einem tragfähigen Wirtschaftsmodell und mit dem Ziel der Optimierung der Ressourcen und des IAE-Systems in der Region setzt das Netz seine Umstrukturierung fort und ist somit ein Akteur der Sozial- und Solidarwirtschaft. Das Projekt 2020 umfasst drei Schwerpunkte: * Maßnahmenbogen 1: Qualität der Wege * Aktionsbogen 2: Entwicklung und Innovation * Aktionsblatt 3: Lenkung der Aktion und ESF-Monitoring Bei der Durchführung dieses Projekts wird das Netz auf 2 VZÄ aufbauen: * Ein Missionsbeauftragter Koordinierung und Qualität der Parcours (bereits im Amt) – Merkblätter 1 und 3 * Ein Referent für Entwicklung und Innovation (bereits im Amt) – Merkblätter 2 und 3 Die Lenkung der Maßnahme wird von einem Gremium durchgeführt, das sich aus der Staatsführung, dem Staat (UD23 DIRECCTE -DDCSPP), dem Regionalrat, dem Departementrat und anderen Finanzierern zusammensetzt. Der Lenkungsausschuss tritt zweimal jährlich zusammen. (German)

Gezien de sociaal-economische context en de verschillende MEB-hervormingen van de afgelopen jaren moeten SIAE’s steeds meer economische activiteiten verzekeren en de voorgestelde trajecten voortdurend verbeteren om hun tweeledige sociale en economische doelstelling te bereiken. De kosten van interne steun voor de ontwikkeling van loopbaanontwikkelingsactiviteiten en -projecten kunnen, gezien hun geringe omvang, niet door SIAE’s worden gedragen. Als gevolg daarvan zijn de creusiaanse structuren voorstander van een collectieve aanpak en mutualisatie via het netwerk. In de zoektocht naar een levensvatbaar economisch model en met het oog op de optimalisering van de middelen en het IAE-systeem op het grondgebied, zet het netwerk zijn herstructurering voort en bevestigt het zich als actor in de sociale en solidaire economie. Het project 2020 zal worden gestructureerd rond de volgende drie assen: * Actieblad 1: Kwaliteit van de cursussen * Actieblad 2: Ontwikkeling en innovatie * Actieblad 3: Aansturen van de actie en ESF-toezicht Voor de uitvoering van dit project zal het netwerk uitgaan van 2 VTE’s: * Een verantwoordelijk voor coördinatie en kwaliteit van cursussen (reeds in post) — blad 1 en 3 * A Development and Innovation Officer (reeds in post) — factsheets 2 en 3 De actie zal worden beheerd door een orgaan bestaande uit bestuur, de staat (UD23 DIRECCTE -DDCSPP), de regionale raad, de departementsraad en andere financiers. Il contesto socioeconomico e le varie riforme della VIA negli ultimi anni impongono alle SIAE di garantire sempre più attività economiche e di migliorare costantemente i percorsi proposti per raggiungere il loro duplice obiettivo sociale ed economico. I costi del sostegno interno per lo sviluppo di attività e progetti di ingegneria professionale non possono essere sostenuti dalle SIAE, date le loro dimensioni ridotte. Di conseguenza, le strutture creusiane favoriscono un approccio collettivo e la mutualizzazione attraverso la rete. Nella ricerca di un modello economico sostenibile e nell'ottica di ottimizzare le risorse e il sistema IAE sul territorio, la Rete prosegue la sua ristrutturazione, affermandosi come attore nell'economia sociale e solidale. Il progetto 2020 sarà strutturato intorno ai seguenti tre assi: * Scheda d'azione 1: Qualità dei corsi * Scheda d'azione 2: Sviluppo e innovazione * Scheda d'azione 3: Per l'attuazione di questo progetto, la rete si baserà su 2 ETP: * Uno incaricato di Coordinamento e Qualità dei Corsi (già in post) — Schede 1 e 3 * Un Responsabile Sviluppo e Innovazione (già in post) — schede 2 e 3 L'azione sarà gestita da un organismo composto da governance, Stato (UD23 DIRECCTE -DDCSPP), Consiglio Regionale, Consiglio Dipartimentale e altri finanziatori. El contexto socioeconómico y las diversas reformas de la EIA en los últimos años exigen que los SIAE garanticen cada vez más actividades económicas y mejoren continuamente las vías propuestas para alcanzar su doble objetivo social y económico. Los costes del apoyo interno para el desarrollo de actividades y proyectos de ingeniería profesional no pueden ser sufragados por los SIAE, dado su reducido tamaño. Como resultado, las estructuras creusianas favorecen un enfoque colectivo y la mutualización a través de la Red. En la búsqueda de un modelo económico viable y con vistas a optimizar los recursos y el sistema IAE en el territorio, la Red continúa su reestructuración, afirmando así como actor en la Economía Social y Solidaria.
