The aim of the operation is to boost the path to employment by working on the lifting of the brakes and adapting the techniques to the typology of the public. Composed of 4 actions (steps) which are inseparable and have a chronological course ranging from Action 1 to Action 4, this pathway is nevertheless adaptable according to the diagnosis and assessment of the identified needs. This modularity does not imply the duration of the operation but adapts its content in order to obtain maximum adherence and to give consistency to the journey in relation to the profile of each beneficiary. Our aspiration aims to co-build the course and its objectives with the beneficiary in order to make him an actor in his project. Our hotlines on the intervention area (La Seyne sur Mer, Sanary-sur-mer, Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer and Le Beausset) allow a proximity that helps to facilitate the beneficiaries’ access to our actions. Estimated number of participants: 400 of which 380 RSA beneficiaries. (English)

(French)
