El principal objetivo de la actuación es aportar método y sistemática para “aprender haciendo” y desarrollar competencias en la reducción de los tiempos de cambio aplicando SMED en una instalación piloto de HRI, con el fin de reducir el tamaño de los lotes de producción y aumentar la flexibilidad de acuerdo a las necesidades de los clientes, sin disminuir la efectividad de las instalaciones.
