Obiectivul general al proiectului “Închiderea Centrului Rezidenţial ”Bucium” Iaşi, judeţul Iaşi - Componenta 2”, il reprezinta cresterea gradului de acoperire cu servicii sociale destinate copiilor aflati in centre de plasament care urmeaza sa fie inchise cu prioritate, in vederea dezinstitutionalizarii acestora si in vederea asigurarii unor servicii sociale intr-un sistem mai prietenos si mai apropiat de nevoile copiilor. Acest obiectiv se incadreaza in obiectivul specific apelului, respectiv „Cresterea gradului de acoperire cu servicii sociale” precum si in obiectivele Strategiei Nationale pentru protectia si promovarea drepturilor copilului 2014-2020, respectiv: • imbunatatirea accesului tuturor copiilor la servicii de calitate; • respectarea drepturilor si promovarea incluziunii sociale a copiilor aflati in situatii vulnerabile; • prevenirea si combaterea oricaror forme de violenta; • incurajarea participarii copiilor la luarea deciziilor care ii privesc. Obiectivul general va putea fi realizat prin indeplinirea obiectivelor specifice, stabilite ca urmare a implementarii acestui proiect. Urmarind obiectivul specific al Prioritatii de investitii, reprezentat de cresterea gradului de acoperire cu servicii sociale, acesta va putea fi atins prin obiectivele specifice ale proiectului. Activitatile propuse ca fiind necesare in vederea indeplinirii obiectivelor atat a celor specifice cat si a obiectivului general, sunt in linia activitatilor eligibile din Ghidul specific. In concluzie, proiectul raspunde obiectivului prioritatii de investitii asa cum este el prezentat in ghid si documentele programului. Realizarea proiectului propus spre finantare prin indeplinirea obiectivelor specifice si implicit a obiectivului general va avea efecte multiplicatoare atat asupra economiei localitatii/regiunii cu beneficii directe asupra imbunatarii calitatii vietii. The general objective of the project “Closing the”Bucium“Residential Center Iaşi, Iasi County – Component 2” is to increase the coverage of social services for children in foster care centers to be closed with priority, in order to deinstitutionalise them and to provide social services in a system that is more friendly and closer to children’s needs. This objective falls within the specific objective of the call, namely “Enhancing coverage with social services” as well as in the objectives of the National Strategy for the Protection and Promotion of the Rights of the Child 2014-2020, namely: • improving access to quality services for all children; • respecting the rights and promoting the social inclusion of children in vulnerable situations; • preventing and combating any form of violence; • encourage children to participate in decisions concerning them. The general objective can be achieved by achieving the specific objectives set as a result of the implementation of this project. Following the specific objective of the investment priority, which is to increase the coverage with social services, it can be achieved through the specific objectives of the project. The activities proposed as necessary in order to achieve both the specific objectives and the general objective are in line with the eligible activities in the Specific Guide. In conclusion, the project responds to the objective of investment priority as presented in the guide and programme documents. The realisation of the project proposed for financing by achieving the specific and implicit objectives of the general objective will have multiplier effects both on the local economy/region with direct benefits on improving the quality of life.
