Obiectivul general al proiectului este dezvoltarea infrastructurii de educatie si formare Colegiul Tehnic Gheorghe Asachi, in vederea cresterii calitatii infrastructurii educationale relevante pentru piata fortei de munca a municipiului Iasi, contribuind astfel la imbunatatirea calitatii vietii populatiei. Avand in vedere rolul important al orasului in structura teritoriala a municipiului si a judetului Iasi, proiectul va contribui la consolidarea rolului oraselor ca motoare de crestere, prin abordarea deficientele actuale in sistemul de invatamant si imbunatatirea disponibilitatii, calitatii si relevantei infrastructurii educationale si al dotarii, contribuind astfel la asigurarea dezvoltarii echilibrate si cresterea atractivitatii municipului Iasi . Lucrarile de modernizare campus scolar din cadrul Colegiului tehnic Gheorghe Asachi Iasi prin dezvoltarea infrastructurii (spatiilor si dotarilor adecvate) in care se desfasoara procesul educational, sunt de natura a conduce la cresterea accesului la educatia timpurie in vederea asigurarii unor rezultate educationale mai bune in paralel cu promovarea participarii si reintegrarea parintilor pe piata muncii. Prin natura obiectivului general, investitia vizata prin proiect prevede masuri de realizare a unei infrastructuri adecvate si corespunzatoare ciclurilor educationale, infrastructura esentiala pentru educatie, dezvoltarea timpurie a copiilor, pentru construirea de abilitati sociale si a capacitatii de integrare sociala, finantat in cadrul Programului Operational Regional 2014 – 2020. Proiectul contribuie la atingerea obiectivelor Axei prioritara 4 Sprijinirea dezvoltarii urbane durabile, Prioritatea de investitii 4.4 Investitii in educatie, si formare, inclusiv in formare profesionala, pentru dobandirea de competente si invatare pe tot parcursul vietii prin dezvoltarea infrastructurilor de educatie si formare, Obiectiv Specific 4.5 Cresterea calitatii infrastructurii educationale relevante pentru piata fortei de munca, astfel: - contribuie la cresterea gradului de participare la nivelul educatiei timpurii si invatamantului profesional si tehnic, in special pentru copii cu risc crescut de parasire timpurie a sistemului - include constructia, reabilitarea, modernizarea, extinderea si echiparea infrastructurii educationale pentru invatamantul profesional si tehnic - contribuie la reducerea parasirii timpurii a scolii in randul elevilor din invatamantul profesional si tehnic - contribuie la realizarea conditiilor pentru o educatie de calitate - contribuie la cresterea in Municipiul Iasi a nivelului de derulare de proiecte si programe educative in baza unui parteneriat incheiat intre unitatile de invatamant profesional si tehnic si comunitatea locala, prin incheierea ulterior implementarii prezentului proiect de investitie a diverse protocoale de colaborare intre cele doua institutii in vederea derularii a diverse proiecte si programe educative OBSERVATIE: 1. The general objective of the project is to develop the education and training infrastructure of the Gheorghe Asachi Technical College, in order to increase the quality of the educational infrastructure relevant to the labor market of the municipality of Iasi, thus contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of the population. Given the important role of the city in the territorial structure of the city and the county of Iasi, the project will contribute to strengthening the role of cities as growth engines, by addressing the current shortcomings in the education system and improving the availability, quality and relevance of the educational infrastructure and endowment, thus contributing to ensuring balanced development and increasing the attractiveness of Iasi. The school campus modernisation works within the Gheorghe Asachi Iasi Technical College through the development of the infrastructure (appropriate spaces and facilities) in which the educational process is carried out, are likely to lead to increased access to early education in order to ensure better educational results in parallel with the promotion of participation and reintegration of parents on the labour market. By the nature of the general objective, the investment targeted by the project foresees measures to achieve an adequate and appropriate infrastructure for educational cycles, essential infrastructure for education, early development of children, for building social skills and social integration capacity, financed under the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020. The project contributes to the objectives of Priority Axis 4 Supporting sustainable urban development, Investment Priority 4.4 Investments in education, and training, including in vocational training, for acquiring skills and lifelong learning through the development of education and training infrastructures, Specific Objective 4.5 Increasing the quality of educational infrastructure relevant to the labour market, as follows: — it contributes to increasing the level of participation in early education and vocational and technical education, especially for children at high risk of early leaving the system – includes construction, rehabilitation, modernisation, expansion and equipping of the educational infrastructure for vocational and technical education – contributes to reducing early school leaving among vocational and technical students – contributes to the achievement of the conditions for quality education – contributes to the increase in the level of projects and educational programs in Iasi, based on a partnership between vocational and technical education units and the local community, by concluding after the implementation of the present project of the various education protocols: 1.
