Obiectivul general al proiectului este - Modernizarea ambulatoriului din cadrul Spitalului Municipal Dorohoi. Proiectul va contribui direct la: - creșterea accesibilității serviciilor de sănătate; - imbunatatirea calitatii serviciilor medicale de ambulatoriu prin dotare corespunzatoare; - accesibilizarea spațiului destinat serviciilor medicale și a căilor de acces. Contributia proiectului la indeplinirea obiectivelor Prioritatii de Investitii "Investiţii în infrastructurile sanitare şi sociale care contribuie la dezvoltarea la nivel naţional, regional şi local, reducând inegalităţile în ceea ce priveşte starea de sănătate şi promovând incluziunea socială prin îmbunătăţirea accesului la serviciile sociale, culturale și de recreere, precum și trecerea de la serviciile instituționale la serviciile prestate de comunități", Obiectivul Specific 8.1 – Creșterea accesiblității serviciilor de sănătate, comunitare și a celor de nivel secundar, în special pentru zonele sărace și izolate. Implementarea proiectului va contribui la: - promovarea incluziunii sociale si prevenirea marginalizarii locuitorilor Municipiului Dorohoi prin asigurarea unui proces medical la standarde europene; - furnizarea de îngrijire primară continuă; - eficientizarea sistemului de sănătate, prin reducerea internărilor evitabile; - accesibilizarea ofertei de servicii de asistență în cadrul ambulatoriului. Orasul Dorohoi se incadreaza in randul oraselor mici si mijlocii avand o populatie de 30.823 locuitori in anul 2018, conform INSSE. Conform Atlasului Zonelor Urbane marginalizate in orasul Dorohoi 57.66 % din populatie este dezavantajata pe cel putin un criteriu dintre cele 4 monitorizate si numai 41 % din populatie traieste in zone nedezavantajate. In cadrul proiectului vor fi realizate obiective care vor conduce la diferentelor in ceea ce priveste starea de sanatate a populatiei, in special a celei din zone defavorizate economic, prin diagnosticarea bolilor in stadiul incipient si tratarea cu succes a unor afectiuni mai usoare, prevenind astfel agravarea lor si scaderea ponderii persoanelor cu nevoi medicale neacoperite. Investitiile avute in vedere sunt: - extinderea, reabilitarea si modernizarea cladirii ambulatoriului; - dotarea si echiparea ambulatoriului; - amenajarea exterioara a incintei. Proiectul contribuie direct la indeplinirea obiectivului Axei 8 si a prioritatii de investitii 8.1A, avand scopul de a finanţa intervenţii de infrastructură și dotare a reţelei de ambulatorii ce vor furniza atât servicii medicale cât şi sociale, fiind o soluție flexibilă de accesibilizare a asistenței sociomedicale primare. Proiectul va avea un impact semnificativ asupra intregii comunitati locale, nu doar asupra unei singure categorii de beneficiari. Niciunul dintre obiectivele care vor fi realizate prin proiect nu intra sub incidenta ajutorului de stat. (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to modernise the ambulatory within Dorohoi Municipal Hospital. The project will contribute directly to: making health services more accessible; — improving the quality of outpatient medical services through proper equipment; accessibility of healthcare space and access routes. The project’s contribution to meeting the objectives of the Investment Priority “Investing in health and social infrastructure contributing to national, regional and local development, reducing inequalities in health status and promoting social inclusion by improving access to social, cultural and recreational services, as well as the transition from institutional to community-based services”, Specific Objective 8.1 – Increasing access to health, community and secondary-level services, especially for poor and isolated areas. The implementation of the project will contribute to: — promoting social inclusion and preventing the marginalisation of the inhabitants of Dorohoi Municipality by ensuring a medical process at European standards; provision of continuous primary care; making the health system more efficient by reducing avoidable admissions; accessibility of the offer of outpatient support services. The city of Dorohoi falls among small and medium-sized cities with a population of 30,823 inhabitants in 2018, according to INSSE. According to the Atlas of marginalised urban areas in Dorohoi city 57.66 % of the population is disadvantaged on at least one of the 4 monitored criteria and only 41 % of the population live in unadvantaged areas. Within the project will be achieved objectives that will lead to differences in the health status of the population, especially in economically disadvantaged areas, by diagnosing diseases in the early stage and successfully treating milder conditions, thus preventing their worsening and decreasing the share of people with uncovered medical needs. The investments envisaged are: — extension, rehabilitation and modernisation of the ambulatory building; — equipping and equipping the ambulatory; the exterior arrangement of the enclosure. The project contributes directly to the achievement of Axis 8 objective and investment priority 8.1A, aiming to finance infrastructure interventions and endowment of the outpatient network that will provide both medical and social services, being a flexible solution for accessibility of primary socio-medical care. The project will have a significant impact on the whole local community, not just one category of beneficiaries. None of the objectives that will be achieved through the project fall under State aid.
