• Dezvoltarea GENERAL SPORT FIELD SRL pe piata serviciilor de montare si mentenanta terenuri de sport cu gazon artificial Prin proiectul propus se are in vedere dezvoltarea activitatii curente a firmei, activitate pe care o deruleaza din 2012, dar si introducerea de servicii noi, respectiv dezinstalare gazon artificial si reciclare materiale de umplere. GENERAL SPORT FIELD SRL isi propune, de asemenea, ca prin aceasta investitie, sa imbunatateasca si sa optimizeze tehnicile si procesul de realizare a operatiunilor de montare si intretinere a suprafetelor de sport artificiale, integrand in activitate evolutiile in ceea ce priveste tehnologiile si utilajele specifice, cu impact in crearea de noi locuri de munca, cresterea productivitatii muncii, dar si cresterea nivelului de profesionalism al activitatii. Prin contactul direct cu beneficiarii serviciilor, cu firmele importatoare de gazon artificial, precum si cu producatorii si distribuitorii de utilaje specializate, precum si in urma analizei firmelor concurente, au fost identificate necesitatile clientilor si acele avantaje competitive care sa-i permita mentinerea pe piata si dezvoltarea. Realizarea investitiei va permite modernizarea si completarea dotarilor cu aparatura specifica, ceea ce va permite satisfacerea necesitatilor clientilor concretizate in: • flexibilitate in stabilirea ofertei tehnice si financiare in functie de bugetul alocat • oferte personalizate, in concordanta cu cerintele proiectului • raport pret/calitate favorabil • calitatea executiei • servicii integrate, de la consiliere privind alegerea suprafetelor, proiectare, instalare, intretinere a suprafetelor si, la expirarea duratei de viata a suprafetelor, dezinstalarea si reciclarea materialului de umplere • promptitudine in executie • oferirea de garantie pentru lucrarile executate si interventie prompta in rezolvarea eventualelor probleme aparute • timp redus de onorare a comenzilor / contractelor • timp redus de mobilizare si deplasare in teren, la locul realizarii proiectului. • The development of GENERAL SPORT FIELD SRL on the market for mounting and maintenance of sports fields with artificial lawn The proposed project envisages the development of the company’s current activity, which it has been running since 2012, but also the introduction of new services, namely artificial lawn uninstallation and recycling of filling materials. General SPORT FIELD SRL also aims, through this investment, to improve and optimise the techniques and process of performing the installation and maintenance operations of artificial sports surfaces, integrating into activity the evolutions in specific technologies and machinery, with impact in creating new jobs, increasing labor productivity, but also increasing the level of professionalism of the activity. Through direct contact with the service recipients, the artificial lawn importing companies, as well as the manufacturers and distributors of specialised machinery, as well as following the analysis of the competing companies, the customers’ needs and those competitive advantages have been identified that would allow it to maintain on the market and develop. The realisation of the investment will allow the modernisation and completion of the equipment with specific equipment, which will allow the satisfaction of the customer’s needs embodied in: • flexibility in establishing the technical and financial offer according to the allocated budget • personalised offers, in accordance with the requirements of the project • favorable price/quality ratio • quality of execution • integrated services, from advice on the choice of surfaces, design, installation, maintenance of surfaces and, at the end of the life of the surfaces, uninstallation and recycling of the filling material • prompt in execution • providing guarantee for the executed works and prompt intervention in solving any problems arising • reduced time to meet orders/contracts • reduced time to mobilise and travel to the field at the site of project implementation.
