• Dezvoltarea GENERAL SPORT FIELD SRL pe piata serviciilor de montare si mentenanta terenuri de sport cu gazon artificial Prin proiectul propus se are in vedere dezvoltarea activitatii curente a firmei, activitate pe care o deruleaza din 2012, dar si introducerea de servicii noi, respectiv dezinstalare gazon artificial si reciclare materiale de umplere. GENERAL SPORT FIELD SRL isi propune, de asemenea, ca prin aceasta investitie, sa imbunatateasca si sa optimizeze tehnicile si procesul de realizare a operatiunilor de montare si intretinere a suprafetelor de sport artificiale, integrand in activitate evolutiile in ceea ce priveste tehnologiile si utilajele specifice, cu impact in crearea de noi locuri de munca, cresterea productivitatii muncii, dar si cresterea nivelului de profesionalism al activitatii. Prin contactul direct cu beneficiarii serviciilor, cu firmele importatoare de gazon artificial, precum si cu producatorii si distribuitorii de utilaje specializate, precum si in urma analizei firmelor concurente, au fost identificate necesitatile clientilor si acele avantaje competitive care sa-i permita mentinerea pe piata si dezvoltarea. Realizarea investitiei va permite modernizarea si completarea dotarilor cu aparatura specifica, ceea ce va permite satisfacerea necesitatilor clientilor concretizate in: • flexibilitate in stabilirea ofertei tehnice si financiare in functie de bugetul alocat • oferte personalizate, in concordanta cu cerintele proiectului • raport pret/calitate favorabil • calitatea executiei • servicii integrate, de la consiliere privind alegerea suprafetelor, proiectare, instalare, intretinere a suprafetelor si, la expirarea duratei de viata a suprafetelor, dezinstalarea si reciclarea materialului de umplere • promptitudine in executie • oferirea de garantie pentru lucrarile executate si interventie prompta in rezolvarea eventualelor probleme aparute • timp redus de onorare a comenzilor / contractelor • timp redus de mobilizare si deplasare in teren, la locul realizarii proiectului. • The development of GENERAL SPORT FIELD SRL on the market for mounting and maintenance of sports fields with artificial lawn The proposed project envisages the development of the company’s current activity, which it has been running since 2012, but also the introduction of new services, namely artificial lawn uninstallation and recycling of filling materials. General SPORT FIELD SRL also aims, through this investment, to improve and optimise the techniques and process of performing the installation and maintenance operations of artificial sports surfaces, integrating into activity the evolutions in specific technologies and machinery, with impact in creating new jobs, increasing labor productivity, but also increasing the level of professionalism of the activity. Through direct contact with the service recipients, the artificial lawn importing companies, as well as the manufacturers and distributors of specialised machinery, as well as following the analysis of the competing companies, the customers’ needs and those competitive advantages have been identified that would allow it to maintain on the market and develop. The realisation of the investment will allow the modernisation and completion of the equipment with specific equipment, which will allow the satisfaction of the customer’s needs embodied in: • flexibility in establishing the technical and financial offer according to the allocated budget • personalised offers, in accordance with the requirements of the project • favorable price/quality ratio • quality of execution • integrated services, from advice on the choice of surfaces, design, installation, maintenance of surfaces and, at the end of the life of the surfaces, uninstallation and recycling of the filling material • prompt in execution • providing guarantee for the executed works and prompt intervention in solving any problems arising • reduced time to meet orders/contracts • reduced time to mobilise and travel to the field at the site of project implementation. • Le développement de GÉNÉRAL SPORT FIELD SRL sur le marché du montage et de l’entretien de terrains de sport avec pelouse artificielle Le projet proposé prévoit le développement de l’activité actuelle de l’entreprise, qu’elle exploite depuis 2012, mais aussi l’introduction de nouveaux services, à savoir la désinstallation artificielle de pelouses et le recyclage des matériaux de remplissage. General SPORT FIELD SRL vise également, à travers cet investissement, à améliorer et optimiser les techniques et processus d’exécution des opérations d’installation et de maintenance de surfaces sportives artificielles, en intégrant dans l’activité les évolutions dans des technologies et des machines spécifiques, avec un impact dans la création de nouveaux emplois, l’augmentation de la productivité du travail, mais aussi l’augmentation du niveau de professionnalisme de l’activité. Par des contacts directs avec les bénéficiaires des services, les entreprises importatrices de pelouses artificielles, ainsi que les fabricants et distributeurs de machines spécialisées, ainsi qu’à la suite de l’analyse des entreprises concurrentes, les besoins des clients et les avantages concurrentiels qui leur permettraient de se maintenir sur le marché et de se développer ont été identifiés. La réalisation de l’investissement permettra la modernisation et l’achèvement de l’équipement avec des équipements spécifiques, ce qui permettra la satisfaction des besoins du client incarnés dans: • flexibilité dans l’établissement de l’offre technique et financière en fonction du budget alloué • offres personnalisées, en fonction des exigences du projet • rapport qualité/prix favorable • qualité d’exécution • services intégrés, à partir des conseils sur le choix des surfaces, la conception, l’installation, l’entretien des surfaces et, à la fin de la durée de vie des surfaces, la désinstallation et le recyclage du matériau de remplissage • prompte à l’exécution • garantie des travaux exécutés et intervention rapide dans la résolution des problèmes éventuels • réduction des délais de réalisation des commandes/contrats • réduction du temps de mobilisation et de déplacement sur le terrain sur le site de mise en œuvre du projet. • Die Entwicklung von GENERAL SPORT FIELD SRL auf dem Markt für die Montage und Wartung von Sportfeldern mit Kunstrasen Das vorgeschlagene Projekt sieht die Entwicklung der aktuellen Tätigkeit des Unternehmens vor, die es seit 2012 betreibt, aber auch die Einführung neuer Dienstleistungen, nämlich der künstlichen Rasenausbau und dem Recycling von Füllstoffen. General SPORT FIELD SRL zielt auch darauf ab, durch diese Investition die Techniken und Prozesse der Installation und Wartung von künstlichen Sportflächen zu verbessern und zu optimieren, die Entwicklungen in bestimmten Technologien und Maschinen zu integrieren, mit Auswirkungen auf die Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze, die Steigerung der Arbeitsproduktivität, aber auch die Professionalität der Tätigkeit zu erhöhen. Durch direkten Kontakt mit den Dienstleistungsempfängern, den einführenden künstlichen Rasenunternehmen sowie den Herstellern und Händlern von Spezialmaschinen sowie nach der Analyse der konkurrierenden Unternehmen wurden die Bedürfnisse der Kunden und diese Wettbewerbsvorteile ermittelt, die es ihm ermöglichen, auf dem Markt zu bleiben und sich zu entwickeln. • De ontwikkeling van GENERAL SPORT FIELD SRL op de markt voor de montage en het onderhoud van sportvelden met kunstgazon Het voorgestelde project voorziet in de ontwikkeling van de huidige activiteit van het bedrijf, die het sinds 2012 uitvoert, maar ook de invoering van nieuwe diensten, namelijk kunstmatige gazonverwijdering en recycling van vulmaterialen. General SPORT FIELD SRL heeft ook tot doel, door middel van deze investering, de technieken en het proces van het uitvoeren van de installatie en het onderhoud van kunstmatige sportoppervlakken te verbeteren en te optimaliseren, de evoluties in specifieke technologieën en machines in de activiteit te integreren, met een impact op het creëren van nieuwe banen, het verhogen van de arbeidsproductiviteit, maar ook het verhogen van het niveau van professionaliteit van de activiteit. Door rechtstreeks contact met de ontvangers van diensten, de kunstmatige gazonimporteurs, de fabrikanten en distributeurs van gespecialiseerde machines, en na de analyse van de concurrerende ondernemingen, zijn de behoeften van de klanten en de concurrentievoordelen geïdentificeerd die hem in staat zouden stellen op de markt te blijven en zich te ontwikkelen.
